The weekend is getting closer, and in my spare time, especially in this pre-Christmas time, I need to go out in a casual attire, to shop fastly, being strong and ready...just like a tiger ! Gift hunting and my need to run my errands are a good excuse to sport another easy yet sophisticated look, featuring a Kenzo flying tiger print wool sweater, skinny jeans and my wonderful Ruco Line grey studded boots. A perfect look to go out feeling both stylish and comfortable...and to ROAR a little bit !.
Il weekend si sta avvicinando e, nel mio tempo libero, specialmente in questo periodo pre-natalizio, apprezzo particolarmente i look casual, per fare shopping in velocità, forte e pronta come...una tigre ! La caccia ai regali e i mille impegni concentrati sono una ottima scusa per sfoggiare un altro look "easy" ma allo stesso tempo curato, con un maglione in lana a stampa tigri Kenzo, jeans skinny e i miei meravigliosi stivali grigi Ruco Line. Un outfit perfetto per uscire sentendosi sia alla moda che comode...e ruggire un po' !.

Kenzo is always the king of fashion trends and prints, both with tiger print since last year and eye print this year. I resisted and didn't buy the famous tiger head sweatshirt last season, whereas this year I indulged in two eye printed sweatshirts, because I got really hooked from the eye trend !. I promised that I wouldn't give up to the tiger print trend until I saw this warm, beautiful sweater. I broke my promise and bought it, and as an excuse I thought after all this is not a sweatshirt, it's actually a wool sweater, and it doesn't feature a single tiger print, it's a group of tigers pictured together in a way that reminds me the famous "jungle" print, always from Kenzo.
Kenzo è sempre il re delle mode e delle fantasie, sia con la stampa tigre dall'anno scorso che con quella "occhi" di quest'anno. Ho resistito a non comprare la famosa felpa con la testa di trigre la scorsa stagione, e quest'anno mi sono arresa alla stampa occhio, comprando due felpe, proprio perché ammaliata da questa moda !. Avevo promesso che non avrei ceduto al trend della tigre fino a che non ho visto questo caldissimo e bellissimo maglione. Ho infranto, così, la mia promessa e l'ho preso, avendo come scusa il fatto che non si trattava di una felpa, ma di un maglione in lana e che non raffigurava una sola tigre, ma di più tigri che, così insieme, mi hanno subito ricordato la famosa e da me tanto amata stampa "jungle", sempre di Kenzo.
With such a trendy sweater, I wanted to wear comfortable yet eye catching boots, and I thought it was the perfect day to wear my studded Ruco Line Hammer boots in grey suede. I already told you about what a die hard Ruco Line fan I am, and I am totally in love with these boots from their Fall/Winter woman line !. I got a lot of compliments when I first went out with these shoes, and I am sure I am going to wear them a lot, also with mini or maxi skirts. They have a thick rubber sole and also their inner 5 cm sole that make it so comfortable to walk and give me those precious cm I need in my life !. I am thinking about getting these boots also in black color. Even hubby likes them and he ain't an easy person !.
Con una maglia così trendy, volevo calzare scarpe comode ma particolari, e ho pensato che fosse il momento migliore per uscire con i miei stivaletti borchiati Ruco Line Hammer in camoscio grigio. Vi ho già parlato del mio duraturo amore per il brand Ruco Line, e sono totalmente entusiasta di questi stivali della loro collezione Autunno/Inverno 13-14 !. Ho ricevuto un sacco di complimenti per queste scarpe che sono certa indosserò spesso, anche con mini o maxi gonne. Hanno una suola in gomma spessa e anche una suoletta interna di 5 cm che rende il camminare un'esperienza più confortevole e aggiunge quei centimetri preziosi per me !. Sto pensando di prendere questi stivali anche in nero...piacciono persino al maritino che di gusti facili non è !.

For a change, this time I decided to opt for a bag with the same shade of my boots, I wanted to focus on the tiger print only, so here we are again with my Givenchy Nightingale in all its glory :-). You can also see a new purchase, a leather studded bracelet I bought from a local artisan.
Tanto per cambiare, questa volta ho deciso di optare per una borsa dello stesso colore degli stivaletti, non volevo distogliere l'attenzione dalla stampa del maglione, per cui rieccovi la mia Givenchy Nightingale in tutta la sua gloria :-). Potete anche vedere un nuovo acquisto, un bracciale in pelle e borchie comprato da un artigiano locale.

These flying tiger print is so fierce and I had to stop myself from getting something else from the same line.
Lesson learned from this experience: I have seen various blog posts debating over what Kenzo print was better, tiger or eye print. Why should I decide ? I went for both !. I learned how to be diplomatic ! ;)
Mr Kenzo, I have no idea yet about your next print...but please, have mercy, let it be an ugly print...or I will seriously go broke !.
Questa stampa con le tigri è così particolare che mi sono dovuta fermare per non ordinare altro di impulso. Lezione imparata da questa esperienza: ho visto diversi post sui blog nei quali si discuteva su quale stampa Kenzo fosse migliore, quella con la tigre o con l'occhio. Perché dovrei schierarmi ? Ho scelto entrambe ! Ho imparato ad essere diplomatica !.
Mr Kenzo, non so ancora quale sarà la Sua prossima stampa...ma per favore, abbia pietà, ne disegni una brutta...o andrò sicuramente in bancarotta !.
