p2 Cosmetics low cost makeup brand and its complete range of trendy makeup: haul and review

I already told you about p2 Cosmetics in a previous post, featuring p2 nail polish and other hand related products. This low cost makeup brand from Austria landed in Italy about one year ago with its nail and hand products, and since april its complete makeup range is available in 50 UPIM and OVS shops in my country. As a makeup addict, I use both high end and low cost makeup products, as long as they have a good quality. I was really curious to touch with my hands and to test this p2 Cosmetics makeup line, as I was already positively impressed with their nail polish, and I got to try a wide range of makeup essentials that follow the latest makeup trends. My P2 Cosmetics haul include a very useful camouflage kit, a high coverage concealer duo that covers imperfections, a Profi Contouring Blush contouring palette - contouring being a must that is now part of many women routine - that includes a blush, a highlighter and a contouring blush and that is one of my favorite products so far, perfect also for quick retouches. Glow touch blush has a great pigmentation and a very silky deep pink color, and Sunshine mosaic bronzer contains different shades of bronzer for a very luminous and buildable bronzed effect.

Vi avevo già parlato di p2 Cosmetics in un post precedente sugli smalti p2 e altri prodotti per la cura della mani. Questo brand austriaco di makeup low costè arrivato in Italia circa un anno fa con i suoi prodotti per le unghie e le mani, e da aprile la sua linea completa di makeup è disponibile anche da noi in 50 negozi UPIM e OVS. Da makeup addict, uso sia cosmetici di alta gamma che low cost, a patto che siano di buona qualità. Ero molto curiosa di toccare con mano e di testare la linea trucco di p2 Cosmetics, data l'ottima impressione avuta con i loro smalti, e ho avuto modo di provare una gamma piuttosto ampia di prodotti per il trucco che segue le ultime tendenze makeup. La mia haulp2 Cosmetics include un utilissimo kit per il camouflage, duo correttore ad alta coprenza per nascondere le imperfezioni, una palette per il contouring Profi Contouring Blush - ormai must have entrato nella routine di molte - che comprende un blush, un illuminante e un contouring blush, ad oggi uno dei miei prodotti preferiti, perfetta anche per veloci ritocchi. Il blush glow touch ha una ottima pigmentazione e risulta di un bel rosa acceso molto setoso sulla pelle. Il bronzer Sunshine mosaic comprende diverse tonalità di terra per un effetto abbronzato molto luminoso e modulabile.

When it comes to eye make up, I tried this beautiful shades of nude eyeshadow palette, with four coordinated eyeshadows in trending nude colors. It was pretty silky on my eyes and easy to blend, and it was comfortable on my eyes. Other eye makeup products in my p2 Cosmetics haul are the Smokey Eye Q Pen Waterproof, in my opinion one of the most interesting products, it's a creamy pencil that is an eyeshadow, you can blend it with the smudger that is on the other side and you can have a sophisticated eye makeup in one minute ! It's waterproof yet very delicate on the eyes, and suitable for contact lenses wearers (this is a plus as I have very delicate eyes pronte to irritation). I love this product and wanna get it in all six available colors ! I also have the Impressive Gel Kajal pencil, and a product for our eyebrows: the Eyebrow Styling Gel that, just like Gimme Brow from another, more expensive brand, does its work in styling and adding volume to our brows. It comes in two colors and I would have preferred the lighter one, but it works really well !. P2 Full Color lipstick is buttery soft and very pigmented, and this intense coral is a perfect summer shade. I have also added more p2 nail polish to my stash and I especially love the pastels - with Easy Gel nail polish I can have a professional effect, and Easy Gel Top Coat assures a super glossy result making my manicure last for longer time. Mi piacciono particolarmente la shades of nude eyeshadow palette e la matita Smokey Eye

Quando si tratta di trucco occhi, sono particolarmente attenta ai trend, e sono stata subito attratta da questa bellissima palette ombretti shades of nude, con quattro ombretti coordinati in colori neutri molto di tendenza. Effetto seta sugli occhi e facili da sfumare, li ho trovati anche molto confortevoli sui miei occhi delicati. Per il makeup occhi nella mia haul p2 Cosmetics c'è anche la matita Smokey Eye Q Pen Waterproof, a mio avviso uno dei prodotti più interessanti, è una matita cremosa che fa da ombretto, sfumabile con lo sfumino posto all'estremità, che permette di ottenere un trucco occhi sofisticato in un minuto ! E' waterproof ma molto delicata, adatta anche a portatrici di lenti a contatto (per me è un fattore molto positivo, dato che ho occhi che si irritano facilmente). Amo questo prodotto e voglio prenderla in tutti i sei colori disponibili !. Ho anche la  matita Kajal Impressive Gel, e un prodotto per le sopracciglia: l'Eyebrow Styling Gel che, proprio come il Gimme Brow di un brand più costoso, fa il suo lavoro nel disegnare e nell'aggiungere volume alle nostre sopracciglia. Viene venduto in due colorazioni, io avrei preferito quella più chiara ma funziona davvero bene !. Il rossetto p2 Full Color lipstickè morbido come il burro e molto pigmentato, questo corallo intenso è la tinta estiva perfetta. Ho aggiunto anche qualche nuovo smalto p2 al mio arsenale e mi piacciono troppo i colori pastello - con lo smalto Easy Gel posso avere un effetto professionale, e il Top Coat Easy Gel assicura un risultato super glossy aumentando la durata della manicure. Con un packaging glam e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, p2 Cosmetics è un brand che continuerò a seguire: date un'occhiata alla loro Pagina Facebook e al sito ufficiale per maggiori informazioni ! A fun and edgy outfit featuring Pink Sister pumps from #StayMercury capsule collection 

What's more feminine than pink and glitter ? Only a pair of pink and glitter pumps ! Today's outfit is special, fun and edgy just like the new shoes I am wearing: their name is Pink Sister and they come from #StayMercurycapsule collection made by a fellow blogger, Angela Pavese, with italian brand VigevanoShoes, and are sold on Morablu.it. I have fallen in love straight away with these pumps that feature a heart split in two that becomes one only when the shoes are together, just like it happens between best friends ! These gorgeous Made in Italy pumps with a silver glitter heel, have become good friends of mine indeed, because they aren't only beautiful, they are also extremely comfortable ! I wore them with this special sequin short dress, that reminds me of a basket tank and that has a pink tulle hem. The dress is perfect with these pumps and is as colorful and lovely as I like; add to this that it reminded me of Angela's sparkling personality and her original and unconventional style, that you can admire, just like I do, heading to her blog Imperfecti.com. Last but not least, a basket tank turned into a sequin and tulle dress was a great choice also because, as you know, basketball is a team sport...and when fashion loving bloggers team up wearing heels, fun is guaranteed !

Cosa c'è di più femminile del rosa e del glitter ? Solo un paio di décolleté rosa e glitter ! L'outfit di oggi è speciale, divertente e particolare come le nuove scarpe che indosso: si chiamano Pink Sister e provengono dalla capsule collection #StayMercury creata da un'amica blogger, Angela Pavese, per il brand italiano VigevanoShoes, e sono vendute sul sito Morablu.it. Mi sono innamorata all'istante di queste pumps che raffigurano un cuore diviso in due che diventa intero solo quando le scarpe sono insieme, proprio come succede tra migliori amiche !. Queste bellissime scarpe Made in Italy dal tacco glitter argento sono infatti diventate mie amiche anche perché non sono solo belle, sono comodissime ! Le ho abbinate a questo abitino particolare con paillettes, che ricorda una maglia da basket e ha un bordo in tulle rosa. L'abito è perfetto con queste décolleté, inoltre è colorato e adorabile come piace a me; aggiungeteci che mi ha ricordato anche la personalità spumeggiante, lo stile eccentrico e fuori dagli schemi di Angela, che potete ammirare, come faccio io, andando sul suo blog Imperfecti.com. Ultima cosa, ma non in ordine di importanza, una maglia da basket diventata un abito in paillettes e tulle è stata un'ottima scelta anche perché, come sapete, il basket è uno sport di squadra...e quando le blogger amanti della moda fanno squadra indossando i tacchi, il divertimento è assicurato !.

A fun sequin dress with pink tulle, my Pink Sister pumps and I am ready to head off to Mercury !

3,97 inch heel is a favorite of mine: high enough to feel feminine and to look more slender, and not too high so that I can wear my pumps day to night without any hurt to my feet. My Pink Sister shoes look perfect under almost everything, from jeans to midi skirts to a suit and, of course, a fun sequin and tulle basketball style dress like this one. You can find them only on MoraBlu.it online shop, with their other white and in black sisters, together with two beautiful sandals that are also part of #StayMercury collection. Maybe it's also because as a Virgo, Mercury is my key planet, but I think this capsule produced by VigevanoShoes and styled by Angela Pavese is absolutely not to be missed: trendy, original, chic and featuring a great quality with a fair price. With this outfit I feel ready to take off to the planet where fashion means happiness, sharing, game and positive thoughts and where friends, just like shoes, walk together to complete each other !

Il tacco 10è il mio preferito: alto per sentirsi femminile e slanciata, ma non troppo per poter essere calzato da mattino a sera senza dolore ai piedi. Le mie scarpe Pink Sister stanno bene sotto quasi tutto, dai jeans alle gonne midi fino al tailleur oltre che, ovviamente, ad un abitino stile basket con paillettes e tulle divertente come questo. My Gucci inspired outfit with low cost choices: chiffon and lace shirt with midi pleated skirt

Today's outfit is ladylike and very inspired by Gucci's romantic and nostalgic collection for Spring/Summer 2016. So much has been said on Alessandro Michele's revamp of Gucci style, and this collection was so powerful that it obviously had a strong impact on many fashion choices we make, also on low cost brands. I found these two signature items, clearly inspired by Gucci style, the chiffon and lace shirt in light pink, and the midi pleated skirt, shopping online on OVS - the largest italian fast fashion retailer - website, and it made my day. As readers of this fashion blog know, I love to mix designer pieces with affordable ones, and in general I prefer to invest on accessories. With OVS I found the right balance between trendy clothing, affordable price and quality and I picked this lovely blouse with a neck-bow with a high waisted red pleated midi skirt this time without going to any OVS shops, from the comfort of my home. My OVS online shopping experience was fast and flawless, I can say perfect. I completed my Gucci inspired outfit with a Gucci (what else ?) crossbody bag and my pink Valentino Rockstuds for a glamorous outcome.

L'outfit di oggi è ladylike e si ispira alla collezione romantica e nostalgica Gucci per la Primavera/Estate 2016. E' stato detto tanto su questa ristrutturazione dello stile Gucci effettuata da Alessandro Michele, e questa collezioneè stata così potente da avere un forte impatto su quelle che sono le nostre scelte fashion, anche quelle dei brand low cost. Ho scovato questi due capi simbolo, chiaramente ispirati allo stile Gucci, ovvero la camicia in chiffon e pizzo in rosa chiaro e la gonna plissé midi, facendo shopping online sul sitoOVS -  il più grande distributore di  fast fashion italiano -  e ne sono stata molto felice. Come i lettori di questo fashion blog sanno, adoro mischiare capi di lusso con altri più accessibili, e in generale preferisco sempre investire sugli accessori. Con OVS ho trovato il giusto compromesso tra capi trendy, dal prezzo accessibile e qualità e ho scelto questa adorabile blusa con nastro al collo da indossare con la gonna rossa midi a vita alta, questa volta, senza recarmi in uno dei tanti punti vendita, comodamente da casa. La mia shopping experience online con OVSè stata facile e veloce, perfetta direi. Ho completato il mio outfit Gucci inspired con una tracollina Gucci (ovviamente !) e con le mie Rockstud Valentino rosa per un risultato glamorous.

Wearing pink and red together ? Great idea !

Wearing pink and red together was once a "don't do it" rule...but some rules are meant to be broken, and these two colors make a sophisticated match, a great idea especially if you pick a light shade of pink and a bold, bright red. I have lost the count of the pleated skirts I own, I am seriously addicted, and this one from OVS is just flawless ! The long sleeve blouse with a lace trim and a contrast ribbon neck tie is flowy and I will be gladly wearing it also over a pair of boyfriend jeans, for a more street and less retro bon ton effect. I kept the colors balance with my accessories: both the Gucci crossbody bad and my Valentino Rockstuds feature light pink, even my sunglasses !. This total OVS look is chic, fresh and very trendy, and it doesn't cost a fortune...what more could I ask ? Have you indulged in any Gucci trends inspired piece of clothing lately ? On OVS e-shop you can find these clothes and so many others !

Indossare rosa e rosso insieme ? Ottima idea !

Indossare rosa e rosso insieme era un tempo una cosa "da non fare"...ma alcune regole sono fatte per essere infrante, e questi due colori sono un'accoppiata sofisticata, ottima idea specialmente se scegliete una tonalità di rosa chiara e un rosso vivace bello carico. Ho perso il conto di tutte le gonne plissé che ho, ne sono dipendente, e questa di OVSè davvero deliziosa ! La blusa a maniche lunghe con bordo in pizzo e nastrino-cravatta al colloè ampia e la porterò volentieri anche su un paio di jeans boyfriend, per un effetto più street e meno retro bon ton.  Ho mantenuto equilibrio tra i colori con gli accessori: sia la tracollina Gucci che le mie Rockstud Valentino sono rosa chiaro, persino i miei occhiali da sole ! How to wear fancy clothes for daytime: see how a group of international fashion bloggers - including me - wear elegant  party wear in the day !

Today's post is a little more special than usual ! I had the honor to be invited to take part in The fab 40's, a group of international bloggers aiming to show how different women style a different theme, that changes every month. This time the theme was how to style elegant/evening/fancy wear in the daytime. I chose to go almost monochrome with this blue outfit I built around this jacquard golden rose print midi skirt I had bought on Asos a while ago, to attend a party. The fabric of this skirt features an elegant golden rose pattern on a royal blue background. I wore with a golden top back in the day, and to wear it again in the daytime I added a Yumi lace t-shirt with a bit of see through effect. The mixture of textures and prints turn this feminine outfit with a classic vibe into a more modern one. I admit this outfit it's still quite elegant, as I kept my heels on with these gorgeous made in Italy pumps and added a simple blue Zara clutch. My look can turn into a more casual one in a blink of an eye just adding a pair of white sneakers instead of the heels and tossing my clutch into a larger tote bag !.

Readers of my fashion blog know about my love for midi skirts, I have quite a collection of such skirts and I just love how versatile they are: they can be elegant and also perfect for daytime. I have never been a fan of see-through clothing even tho it's a big trend, and with this t-shirt I went a bit out of my comfort zone, but managed to keep it easy and classy thanks to a matching bra. Well, this was my pick for this theme, a classy daytime look that is something in between evening wear and day wear and that can be quickly turned into something more casual. Floral bon ton dress worn with timeless accessories: my floral low cost OVS dress with Valentino Rockstud heels and Chanel 2.55 bag

Yet another chic bon ton outfit with a floral dress and timeless accessories. This adorable floral short sleeved dress is another found I made on OVS website, and another Gucci fashion tribute (remember my look with pleated skirt and pink shirt ?). I love it when dresses are so easy to wear, just a couple of accessories and you are all set !. This dress with a bow on the neck and elastic waist has the perfect knee length that makes it suitable for many occasions, including work. I kept it chic and my timeless pieces: my Chanel 2.55 classic flap bag in caviar leather and Valentino Rockstud heels in patent leather. I added a small Miu Miu belt on the dress - I often do it when they have an elastic waistline  - that seemed born for it !

Ecco un altro outfit chic e bon ton con un abito floreale e accessori senza tempo. Questo adorabile abito a fiori a maniche corteè un'altra scoperta fatta sul sito di OVS, e un altro tributo alla moda di Gucci (ricordate il mio look con gonna a pieghe e camicia rosa ?). Amo quando i vestiti sono così facili da indossare, bastano un paio di accessori e sono pronta !. Questo abito con fiocco sul collo ed elastico in vita ha la perfetta lunghezza al ginocchio che lo rende adatto a molte occasioni, incluso il lavoro. L'ho reso ancora più chic con accessori senza tempo: la mia borsa Chanel 2.55 classic flap in pelle caviar e la scarpe Valentino Rockstud in vernice nera. Ho aggiunto anche una piccola cintura Miu Miu sull'abito - lo faccio spesso quando hanno l'elastico in vita - che sembrava nata per lui !

An affordable price for my low cost floral dress that is a summer must have !

As readers of my fashion blog know, I prefer to invest in accessories (that's why I didn't get Rockstud imitations, I wanted the real thing), and the price of this OVS dress is really affordable, yet the dress is truly well made and can be a jolly piece in my wardrobe; this confirms that OVS is one of the top choices for low cost clothes in Italy. I confess indeed that this dress costs only a bit less than $ 39, could you believe it ?. I love it because the fabric is chiffon like yet it's not transparent - I love a fully lined dress. I wore my low cost dress with Valentino Rockstud pumps and a Chanel bag, but it would look as good with a larger bag and wedges, or with block heel sandals. A chic and feminine floral dress is a summer must have for the holidays - it easily fits in any luggage - and for work, don't you agree ? Moreover, just throw a jacket or a cardigan over it and you can wear it also for Fall ! Check out OVS website for more low cost outfit ideas ;)

Un prezzo accessibile per il mio abito floreale low cost che è un must have per l'estate !

Come sanno i lettori del mio fashion blog, preferisco investire negli accessori (per questo non ho preso le imitazioni delle Rockstud, volevo quelle vere), e il prezzo di questo abito OVSè davvero accessibile ma il vestito è davvero ben fatto e può essere un pezzo jolly nel mio guardaroba, confermando OVS come una delle scelte top per abbigliamento low cost in Italia. Vi confesso, infatti, che questo abito costa solo poco meno di € 35,00, potreste crederci ? Lo adoro perché la stoffa è tipo chiffon ma non è trasparente - amo gli abiti foderati. Ho indossato il mio abito low cost con pumps Rockstud Valentino e borsa Chanel, ma starebbe bene anche con una borsa più grande e zeppe, o con sandali dal tacco largo. Un abito floreale chic e femminile è un capo must have sia per le vacanze - occupa poco spazio in valigia - che per il lavoro, non siete d'accordo ? Inoltre, basta metterci una giacca o un cardigan e si porta bene anche in autunno ! Vi consiglio di dare un'occhiatata alsito OVS per più idee di outfit low cost ;)

My outfits recap from June 2016 to welcome July, a month I love

July is here and I love it ! June has gone, and it has been a stylish month here on my fashion blog but I am really happy in these days because I am celebrating my fifth year of marriage (on July 2nd 2011 I got married in Sorrento, so today is a very special day !) with a few days of holidays with my beloved hubby. This doesn't of course mean I won't recap my outfits from the previous month, and we had quite a few different looks ! I wore culotte pants, jeans, dresses of all lengths, sneakers and heels; when I look at my closet, it's quite funny that I always have the feeling I have nothing to wear, isn't it ?.There are still so many things I didn't have the time to wear and others that we didn't get to take pictures of (and just like every fashion blogger, I am a little sorry whenever I can't take pics of some looks of mine). As always, I am curious to know your favorite outfit from June, so I wait for your feedback ! 

Il mio riepilogo outfit di giugno 2016 per dare il benvenuto a luglio, un mese che amo

Siamo a luglio e ne sono felice ! Giugno è andato via ed è stato un mese davvero stiloso sul mio fashion blog ma io sono felice in questi giorni perché sto celebrando il mio quinto anniversario di matrimonio (il 2 luglio 2011 mi sono sposata a Sorrento, quindi oggi è un giorno speciale !) con qualche giorno di vacanza in compagnia del mio adorato maritino. Questo non significa però non postare il riepilogo degli outfit del mese precedente, durante il quale abbiamo avuto look davvero diversi tra loro ! Ho indossato pantaloni culotte, jeans, abiti di diverse lunghezze, sneakers e scarpe col tacco; quanto guardo nella mia cabina armadio, è buffo come io abbia sempre la sensazione di non avere nulla da mettere, giusto ? Ci sono ancora tante cose che non ho avuto tempo di indossare e tante altre che non abbiamo fotografato (e come ogni fashion blogger che si rispetti, un po' mi dispiace non aver scattato foto di alcuni look). Waiting to know your favorite outfit from June

This is my fashion blog and I like all the outfits I post, yet I have a few favorites from June. My favorite looks are #3, 6, 7 and 8. I love my outfit with a pyjama suit because it's as edgy as I feel, number six because I am wearing a funky dress and those wonderful Pink Sister pumps designed by the lovely Angela Pavese, a fellow blogger that inspires me with her big talent and heart. Number 7 is trendy and stylish and love pink and red together and #8 is so chic in my favorite color - blue - and a project I took part with other bloggers from USA e Scotland. This was my June, and I can't wait for the new adventures in July, hoping the weather keeps sunny and warm ! Now tell me: what is your favorite outfit from June ? Questo è il mio fashion blog e mi piacciono tutti gli outfit che posto, ma ovviamente ho dei preferiti di giugno. I miei look preferiti sono il 3, 6, 7 e 8. Mi piace il mio outfit con un completo stile pigiama perché è fuori dagli schemi come mi sento io, il numero sei perché indosso un abito funky e delle meravigliose pumps Pink Sister disegnate dalla adorabile Angela Pavese, una collega blogger che mi ispira con il suo grande talento e cuore. Il #7 è molto trendy e stiloso, io adoro rosa e rosso insieme e il #8 è chic nel mio colore preferito - il blu -  ed un progetto al quale ho preso parte con altre blogger di USA e Scozia. My chic summer look with eco-friendly shoes: lace-up espadrilles from Natural World Eco and a green maxi skirt

What screams summer more than a pair of espadrillesworn with a maxi skirt ? Here I am in the magical beach of Nerano in the Sorrento Coast, walking comfily on the stones with my brand new 100% eco friendly shoes: lace-up espadrilles from spanish brand Natural World Eco...they are so lightweight and pretty ! I love the entire philosophy of this brand, all based on eco friendly and organic materials, from the start to finish of production, only raw materials hundred percent organic are used, like cotton and natural rubber, biodegradable materials, recycled cardboard for packaging and everything is fixed without chemical products. I went for a fuchsia pair of lace-up espadrilles with a sequin cotton fabric, as colorful as I like ! I wore them with a military green maxi skirt and a white jeweled t-shirt from the girl collection of italian brand Rosé a Pois. A simple striped clutch as bag, and a holiday attitude made the rest !

Cosa fa pensare più all'estate di un paio di espadrillas indossate con una maxi gonna ? Eccomi sulla magica spiaggia di Nerano, costiera sorrentina, che cammino comodamente sui ciottoli grazie alle mie nuove scarpe 100% eco friendly: espadrillas allacciate del brand spagnolo Natural World Eco...sono leggerissime e belle ! Mi piace l'intera filosofia di questo brand, basato su materiali eco-friendly e organici: dall'inizio alla fine della produzione vengono infatti usati materiali grezzi, al cento per cento organici, come cotone e gomma naturale, materiali biodegradabili, cartone riciclato per il packaging e  il tutto viene fissato senza prodotti chimici. Io ho scelto un paio di espadrillas allacciate in cotone effetto paillettes, coloratissime come piace a me ! Angel Muse Eau de Parfum: a new entry from Thierry Mugler 

A cosmic pebble landed on my vanity table: it's Angel Muse Eau de Parfum, a new entry and version of the famous fragrance Angel from Thierry Mugler parfums. As modern as its packaging, and like all the Mugler perfumes, this a scent you will immediately love, or hate to love, just like the official hashtag says #hatetolove. I have always thought Mugler perfumes were pretty overwhelming, powerful and long lasting and they never went unnoticed. Moreover, as soon as it came out in 1992, Angel was the first real gourmand perfume, and after that the market started seeing more and more sweet scents. Well, lovers of Angel will love this more modern and luminous version of their favorite scent, and people thinking Angel was probably too much, too strong and too sweet will change their mind. I admit I am one of those, I usually prefer fragrances to be more fresh and "shy" on my skin, therefore Angel Muse was such a pleasant suprise.

Ho sempre pensato che i profumi Mugler fossero molto travolgenti, potenti e a lunga durata e che non fossero mai non notati. Inoltre, appena uscito nel 1992, Angelè stato il primo vero profumo gourmand, e dopo abbiamo visto una sorta di invasione di profumi dolci sul mercato. How to make hair grow faster ? My Weleda hair care routine with revitalising hair tonic and nourishing oil

Hair care is a subject I am very sensitive to, and my pretty fine and dry hair needs extra care especially in summer. Moreover, whenever my hairdresser trims my hair, it seems it chops off too much to avoid split ends, and my hair seems to have such a slow growth !. I am always on the hunt for products that can make hair grow faster and stronger, and I realized I have to act on the hair roots as well as on the ends. I already told you about Weleda, a natural brand with a long history, and this post is about two amazing Weleda products for hair care: Weleda revitalising hair tonic and Weleda nourishing oil. The revitalising hair tonic was the first product launched by Weleda in far 1921 and as the main ingredient it has the rosemary oil that stimulates hair growth and grants stronger locks from the roots, thanks to a better blood circulation of the scalp. This lotion is not greasy, it has a delicate smell of rosemary and doesn't need to be rinsed; you can apply by circular motions on the scalp after the shampoo and it can be used daily to stimulate the hair natural grow, give new vitality to hair and fight their loss.

La cura dei capelliè un argomento al quale sono molto sensibile, e i miei capelli sottili e delicati, specialmente durante l'estate, richiedono cure maggiori. La lozione rivitalizzanteè stato il primo prodotto lanciato da Weleda nel lontano 1921 e ha come ingrediente principale l'olio di rosmarino che stimola la crescita capillare e rinforza le chiome dalla radice, migliorando la circolazione del cuoio capelluto. I can say I found out a product that actually works: after a couple of months of usage I can say Weleda revitalising hair tonic made my hair grow faster - of course, don't you expect any miracle, but it does work - and it made it stronger, soft and vital. I am going on using it because a constant use is always the way to go to grant a better result of any treatment. This tonic is suitable for all kind of hair, and it is especially useful on greasy skin, because rosemary purifies the skin and it stops the possible itching. Weleda revitalising hair tonic is a classic that you can't miss, especially if you have colored and/or damaged hair !. Another reason for a slow hair growth are split ends, that are easily developed by thin and dry hair and lead also to hair breakage. Weleda nourishing hair oil with clover flower extract restores hair moisture, soften split ends and makes hair shiny, adding more texture. It is a real beauty treatment for dry and damaged hair, and since it's a real oil just a small quantity is enough, on the hair before the shampoo or just in a drop or two on dry hair. It can be used in a few drops on wet or dry hair and even in a more intensive way, massaging it on the hair and scalp and leaving it on for a long time before rinsing away. Weleda nourishing oil is also a must have when you go to the beach because it protects hair - even more if it is colored - from the dryness caused by the sun and the wind. Posso affermare di aver scoperto un  prodotto che funziona: dopo un paio di mesi di uso posso dire che la lozione rivitalizzante per capelli Weleda ha accelerato la crescita dei miei capelli - ovviamente, non vi aspettate miracoli, ma funziona - e li ha resi più forti, morbidi e vitali. Io continuo a usarla perché un uso costante è sempre il segreto per la buona riuscita di un trattamento. Questa lozione è adatta ad ogni tipo di capello, in particolare risulta utile per la cute grassa, in quanto il rosmarino la purifica e ne calma l'eventuale prurito. La lozione rivitalizzante per capelli Weledaè un classico da non perdere, ancora di più se avete i capelli colorati e/o danneggiati !. Altro motivo che porta i miei capelli sottili a crescere lentamente sono le doppie punte, che si formano facilmente su capelli sottili e secchi e portano anche i capelli a spezzarsi. L'olio nutriente per capelli Weledacon estratto di fiori di trifoglio riporta idratazione ai capelli, ammorbidisce le punte e rende i capelli lucidi, con una maggiore texture. E' un vero trattamento di bellezza nutriente per capelli secchi e danneggiati, e dato che si tratta di un olio ne basta davvero poco, distribuito sui capelli prima dello shampoo o anche in un paio di gocce sui capelli asciutti. Questo olio per capelli è anche un must have per la spiaggia perché li protegge - specialmente quelli colorati - dalla secchezza causata da sole e vento. Entrambi i prodotti, sia l'olio nutriente che la lozione rivitalizzante per capelli sono bel duo per avere capelli sani che cresceranno velocemente più forti alla radice e non si spezzeranno per le doppie punte. My daytime outfit with a pleated maxi dress with chevron print and denim patched jacket 

A pleated maxi dress and a patched denim jacket are the key pieces of this daytime outfit that plays with two different sizes: the maxi length of this chiffon dress and its print that reminds me of Missoni prints, and the short jacket that ends before the waist. I wore this easy look during a trip to Cervia some time ago. I am quite attached to that town since I used to spend part of my summer holidays there every year when I was a kid, with my grandparents. I miss them dearly just like I miss my childhood and the summer that seemed neverending, and full of laughters, games and adventure.

Un maxi abito plissé e un giubbino in jeanscon toppe sono i pezzi chiave di questo outfit da giorno che gioca con due diverse misure: la lunghezza maxi di questo abito in chiffon e la sua stampa che mi ricorda delle stampe di Missoni, e la giacca corta che arriva sopra il punto vita. Ho indossato questo look easy nel corso di una gita a Cervia qualche tempo fa. Sono molto attaccata a quella città perché ci ho trascorso parte delle mie vacanze estive ogni anno quando ero bambina, con i miei nonni. Mi mancano tanto proprio come mi manca la mia infanzia e le estati che sembravano non finire mai, piene di risate, giochi e avventure.

A maxi dress is a summer classic, something you might want to buy on sale

I love maxi dresses and anything striped, therefore I couldn't miss this chevron print dress. I prefer to wear maxi dresses with flat shoes. I wore mine with yellow adidas sneakers and my blue Balenciaga bag, to keep it as comfortable as possible, but it would have looked as good with a pair of 70s style sandals. A maxi dresse is a summer classic, and pleats make them trendier, it's something that if you don't own already you might want to look for on sale. Did you buy anything on sale, yet ? I will be trying to spend my entire weekend on the beach to avoid another shopping spree, since I have already purchased a lot of things, anyway with my iPad and mobile phone I can shop also from the seaside ;-) Whatever you are going to do, have a wonderful weekend, everyone !

Un maxi abito è un classico estivo, qualcosa da comprare in saldo

Mi piacciono gli abiti  maxi e tutto ciò che ha le righe, per cui non potevo farmi mancare questo abito a fantasia chevron. Preferisco portare gli abiti lunghi con scarpe senza tacco. Ho indossato il mio con sneakers gialle adidas e ho abbinato la mia borsa Balenciaga blu, per stare il più comoda possibile, ma questo abito sarebbe stato bene anche con un paio di sandali stile 70s. Il maxi abito è un classico estivo, e il plissé lo rende ancora più trendy, è un capo che se non avete già potreste comprare in saldo. Avete già preso qualcosa ai saldi ? Io cercherò di trascorrere tutto il weekend in spiaggia per evitare un altro giro di shopping, dato che ho già fatto danno in giro, anche se con il mio iPad e il telefono posso benissimo comprare anche dalla riva del mare ;-) Qualsiasi cosa farete, vi auguro uno splendido weekend !

Opposés Complémentaires fun t-shirt with quote and vintage print 

Whenever people agree with me, I always feel I must be wrong. This Oscar Wild quote is the message on my new t-shirt from italian brand Opposés Complémentaires, producing high quality made in Italy clothes with a vintage vibe. I already wore a beautiful skirt from Opposés Complémentaires a in a previous post and I am connected with the approach of this brand to fashion: a look back to a femininity of the past with a contemporary fun and jaunty touch. I chose my tee for the message it delivers - being upstream is a fight I like, and not caring too much about what the others think is part of a recipe for happiness - that for the 50s inspired print. The high quality cotton fabric and the perfect cut made the rest. I couldn't help wearing this fun tee with one of the midi skirts I love, with a rose print, and trendy accessories like my Le Silla silver slingbacks and also statement pieces like the bag that looks a bit like me !

Tutte le volte che altri sono d'accordo con me ho sempre la sensazione di avere torto. Questa frase di Oscar Wildeè il messaggio sulla mia nuova t-shirt del brand italiano Opposés Complémentaires, che produce vestiario di qualità made in Italy con un vibe vintage. Ho già indossato una stupenda gonna di Opposés Complémentaires in un post precedente e mi sento molto in sintonia con l'approccio del brand alla moda: uno sguardo alla femminilità tipica del passato con un tocco contemporaneo divertente e sbarazzino. What to wear on a summer trip ? I personally follow these few simple rules:

In this case I was on the Amalfi Coast, but I follow these rules anytime it's a daylong summer trip to somewhere very warm 

- A white cotton t-shirt is perfect to fight the heat;

- I prefer to wear pants, mosquitoes love me too much, and their fabric has to be light and better if they have a bold summer print, likes these ones from spanish brand Paramita;

- I keep my hair in a ponytail, less heat and more tidy;

- Comfy shoes ! Like my custom glitter Adidas Superstar and didn't regret it; 

- A roomy bag that can be also worn on your shoulder, to have my hands free;

- Sunglasses, I couldn't be without them !

Cosa indossare in una gita estiva ? Io seguo queste poche semplici regole:

In questo caso ero in Costiera Amalfitana, ma seguo sempre queste regole se si tratta di una gita estiva che occuperà l'intera giornata e fa molto caldo

- Una maglietta bianca in cotoneè perfetta per combattere il caldo;

- Preferisco indossare pantaloni, le zanzare mi amano troppo, ma devono essere in tessuto leggero e ancor meglio se con una vivace stampa estiva, come questi del brand spagnolo Paramita;

- I capelli li tengo legati, meno caldo e più ordine;

- Scarpe comode ! Come queste Adidas Superstar personalizzate con il glitter;

- Una borsa spaziosa da poter portare anche a spalla, per avere le mani libere;

- Occhiali da sole, senza non potrei stare !

Other rules I follow on a summer trip are:

- Bring a light cardigan with you in your bag in case you enter in a shop with very cold air conditioned

-  Bring with you the wish to see new things and the will to spend a pleasant day;

- Find some nice place to have lunch, and try the best local food;

- Don't spend too much time on your mobile phone, life is what you see around you with your own eyes !;

- Try to bottle up some positive vibes, you will need them in dark moments.

How do you like to dress on a summer trip ? What are your personal rules ?

Altre regole che seguo in una gita estiva sono:

- Porta un cardigan leggero in borsa in caso entrassi in luoghi con aria condizionata troppo fredda;

- Porta con te la curiosità di vedere cose nuove e la volontà di trascorrere una piacevole giornata;

- Trova un bel posto dove mangiare e prova le migliori specialità locali;

- Non trascorrere troppo tempo al telefono, la vita è ciò che vedi intorno a te con i tuoi occhi !;

- Imbottiglia le vibrazioni positive, ne avrai bisogno nei momenti bui.

Never without lipstick with TNS Cosmetics Lipstick Collection: 16 wonderful colors

Never without lipstick is my motto, and it's what came to my mind as soon as I found out TNS Cosmetics presented The Lipstick Collection: finally, a collection of the 16 most famous lipsticks from their collection of nail polish and lipsticks, all hyperpigmented, intense and with a semi-matte texture and a great lasting power. You know already how much I love the lipsticks line from this italian brand: enriched with hyaluronic acid and vitamin E, their lipstick grant a great comfort on the lips as well as a great coverage. The packaging is elegant and modern, shiny and black, and the shape of the lipstick grants an easy and flawless application. Now they are all out in different shades, suitable for different skintones and moments. This is truly a must have collection, and it was hard to pick two lipsticks from the bunch. I went for My Funny Valentine and Sweet Hibiscus, plus I had the chance to try one of the most useful tools to prevent lipstick from smudging, and also a primer, the brand new Universal Lip Pencil.

Mai senza rossettoè il mio motto, ed è ciò che ho pensato non appena ho scoperto che TNS Cosmetics presentava la Lipstick Collection: finalmente, una collezione composta dai 16 rossetti più famosi del brand, già presentati in abbinamento con gli smalti, tutti iperpigmentati, intensi e con una texture semi-mat e ottima durata. Sapete già quanto io ami i rossetti di questo brand italiano: arricchiti con acido ialuronico e Vitamina E, sono estremamente confortevoli sulle labbra e offrono una ottima coprenza. Il packaging è elegante e moderno, così nero e lucido, e la forma stessa del rossetto garantisce una applicazione facile e senza errori. Ora sono tutti insieme per farci impazzire con le tante tonalità adatte a diverse tonalità di pelle e ai diversi momenti della giornata. Si tratta di una collezione davvero must have, ed è stato difficile per me scegliere solo due rossetti dal gruppo. Ho optato per My Funny Valentine e Sweet Hibiscus, inoltre ho avuto modo di testare uno degli strumenti più utili mai creati per prevenire sbavature e far durare maggiormente ogni rossetto sulle labbra, la nuovissima Universal Lip Pencil.

My Funny Valentine lipstick was a great pick to me already from its name - after all my name is Valentina ;). It's a bright and bold, luminous red, the real RED you can wear for daytime, the kind of color that brightens your face even with no other makeup. Sweet Hibiscus is a creamy antique pink, elegant and very wearable, that looks shiny at first and then becomes more matte after a while. You can see swatches from both these TNS lipsticks above. They lasted about 6 hours on me and were really hydrating. Universal Lip Pencil retractable lip pencil looks a bit like a wax crayon, it glides on so well on my lips and it has no color, therefore it's suitable with any kind of lipstick. It's really a must have in our beautycase, acting as an anti-smudge bareer on our lip contour and on the lips as a primer to make our lipstick last for long. Creamy, hydrating lipsticks without parabens and a wonderful tool that is extremely useful, once again TNS Cosmetics doesn't disappoint my expectations ! La Universal Lip Pencil è uno strumento molto utile nel nostro beauty case, previene le sbavature del rossetto e ne aumenta la durata

Il rossetto My Funny Valentine era già una scelta obbligata per me, dato il nome - mi chiamo Valentina ;). E' acceso e vivace, un rosso luminoso, il vero ROSSO da portare anche di giorno, il tipo di colore che illumina il viso anche senza altro makeup. Sweet Hibiscusè un rosa antico cremoso, elegante e molto portabile, che all'inizio pare avere un effetto più lucido per poi diventare mat dopo un po'. Potete vedere gli swatch di entrambi questi rossetti TNS nella foto sopra. Entrambi hanno avuto una durata di circa 6 ore su di me e un effetto davvero idratante. La Universal Lip Pencil è una matita labbra estraibile che sembra un pastello a cera, scivola benissimo sulle labbra e non ha colore, pertanto è adatta a ogni tipo di rossetto. Si tratta di un vero must have nel beautycase, agendo da barriera anti-sbavature sul contorno labbra e come primer che aumenta la durata dei rossetti. Rossetti idratanti e cremosi privi di parabeni e uno strumento - la Universal Lip Pencil - che è utilissimo, e ancora una volta TNS Cosmetics non ha deluso le mie aspettative ! I can't have enough of floral cocktail midi dresses and I found a new one on Dezzal website: read about my shopping experience 

I love cocktail midi dresses, and guess what ? I have a brand new one, found on Dezzal, an online fashion boutique that I highly suggest you to check out after my positive experience. The web is full with online stores, but they are all not the same, and Dezzal, based in Hong Kong, has a wide range of qualiy clothes with fresh designs made by talented designers. As soon as I stumbled on this website, I was so curious to test it, as the pics were so beautiful and I was curious to know whether it could be that good or not, and my answer is yes, it is ! This floral round neck mid calf dress really stands out. The price was really affordable and my shopping experience was easy, just like the shipping has been surprisingly fast. Readers of my fashion blog know how much I love floral dresses, and I am so glad I was able to add this adorable little chic dress to my collection !

Non posso mai avere abbastanza abiti da cocktail a fiori midi e ne ho trovato uno sul sito Dezzal: vi racconto la mia shopping experience

Io amo gli abiti da cocktail midi, e indovinate un po' ? Ne ho uno nuovo, di Dezzal, una boutique online che vi suggerisco caldamente di visitare data la mia esperienza positiva. Il web è ormai saturo di negozi online, ma non sono tutti uguali, e Dezzal, basato a Hong Kong, ha un'ampia scelta di abbigliamento di qualità con disegni originali creati da designer di talento. Non appena ho visitato il sito, mi è venuta una forte curiosità di testarlo, dato che le foto erano davvero belle e volevo vedere se corrispondevano alla realtà. La mia risposta è si, la mia esperienza lo prova ! Questo abito a fiori midi dallo scollo rotondo si fa davvero  notare. Il prezzo era davvero accessibile e la mia esperienza di shopping è stata facile così come la spedizione è stata sorprendentemente veloce. I lettori di questo fashion blog sanno quanto io ami gli abiti a fiori, e sono molto felice di avere aggiunto questo adorabile abitino chic alla mia collezione !

The best thing in wearing bold floral prints is that you can play with colors !

This Dezzal dress is light and elegant, and suitable for a party or just for a daytime event, it depends on the accessories I choose. I decided to wear this high waisted dress with a small yellow bag you already saw here and with a pair of suede slingbacks from Nando Muzi. The best thing in wearing bold floral prints is that you can play a lot with colors with the accessories ! I am really glad my shopping experience with Dezzal was so good and to have known such a website, where a few young designers sell their clothes. My dress was designed by a chinese designer, Angel, she studied also in Italy at Istituto Marangoni and then founded her brand Afondi, blending elements of chinese fashion with retro and contemporary influences. La cosa migliore dell'indossare vivaci stampe a fiori è poter giocare con i colori !

Questo abito Dezzalè leggero ed elegante, e adatto sia a un party che a un evento da giorno, dipende dagli accessori scelti. Ho deciso di indossare questo abito con corpetto a vita alta con una piccola borsa gialla che avevate già visto e con un paio di slingback in suede di Nando Muzi. La cosa migliore dell'indossare stampe vivaci a fioriè che si può giocare molto con i colori degli accessori !. Sono davvero felice di avere avuto un'ottima esperienza di shopping con Dezzal e di aver scoperto un sito come questo, dove diversi giovani designer vendono i propri capi. Questo abito è stato disegnato da Angel, cinese, che ha studiato anche al celebre Istituto Marangoni di Milano e ha poi fondato il brand Afondi, che mescola elementi di moda cinese con influenze retrò e contemporanee. Lancôme Summer Bliss is the first Lancôme makeup Summer collection designed by Lisa Eldridge and it's inspired by the colors of earth and luxuriant jungle landscapes. I have been using two products from this amazing makeup collection: Belle de Teint Liquid Glow Trio and Belle de Teint Powder Glow Trio. Liquid Glow Trio is an innovative product that has a tri-phase formula: made of an oil phase for comfort and nourishment, a watery phase for lightness and freshness and a pearly phase that aims to deliver glow and a radiant bronze effect. You have to shake it well before use to mix all the ingredients and you will have a lightweight beauty shimmery cocktail for face and even legs, a few drops are enough and the smell is divine.  I got the darkest one - it comes in three shades - I love me some rosy gold shimmer, especially on summer nights !. I totally understand this is not a product for everyone, not everyone likes shimmer even tho, compared to how it looks from te bottle, it is more a boost of radiance when it's on the skin, moreover it adds staying power to any powder you use on the skin. Dovete agitare per bene il flacone per mescolare i tre componenti e otterrete un cocktail di bellezza leggero e shimmer per viso e anche per le gambe, per cui poche gocce sono sufficienti e la profumazione è divina. Esiste in tre tonalità - io ho quella più scura - e mi piace l'effetto luccicante in oro rosa, specialmente nelle notti estive. Mi rendo conto che si tratta di un prodotto non per tutti, non tutti amano l'effetto luminoso anche se, in confronto a quanto si vede dalla confezione, sulla pelle è più un tocco di radiosità, inoltre aiuta a far durare di più le polveri applicate sul viso. La cipria compatta Belle de Teint Powder Glow Trioè invece il bronzer perfetto da usare ovunque, adesso e sempre !.

Lancôme Belle de Teint Powder Glow Trio combina tre tonalità in una confezione compatta e dona un effetto bonne mine al nostro incarnato, aggiungendo istantaneamente un velo d'abbronzatura e una salutare luminosità alla pelle. La adoro semplicemente, esiste in due tonalità e io ho la più scura, la Belle de Bronze ! La qualità di questa cipria è altissima, è sottile e facilmente sfumabile, con un effetto shimmer così impercettibile da piacere a tutte !. L'alta qualità di Lancôme ancora una volta non mi ha delusa, inoltre questa cipria abbronzante ha anche un effetto sfumatura, ovvero minimizza le imperfezioni dell'incarnato e può essere usata sia mescolando le tre tonalità con un pennello grande che scegliendo un colore alla volta, specialmente quello più scuro per fare del contour. Si tratta di un vero must have per un look baciato dal sole che sia anche naturale e portabile ed è la cipria compatta che sto usando di più ! Pare che 3 sia proprio il numero perfetto, vero ?
