Limited Edition makeup for Holiday 2014

I must confess I am a real makeupaholic, and I can't resist to Limited Edition MakeUp Collections, so this time of the year is really risky for my money: holiday makeup collections are all out, and they are such a big temptation, very hard to resist in my case, especially when it comes to Chanel, Dior, YSL, Estee Lauder and MAC !. Let me show you something I bought for Holiday 2014 makeup, focusing on Chanel and MAC. From Plumes Précieuses de Chanel collection, I am so happy I bought Chanel Camélia de plumes highlighting powder, such a light, unique translucent veil of silver and gold, and it's the most gorgeous highlighter I have ever seen, shaped as a feathered Camelia flower. I also decided to get the Chanel Stylo Yeaux Eyeliner Or Blanc 987, in a platinum shade, that I am happily using in my inner rim for an eye opening effect. I am so in love with makeup and I am a fashion blogger with a fascination for makeup and beauty blogs ;-).

Confesso di essere una vera makeupdipendente, e la mia dipendenza si accentua quando si parla di Edizioni Limitate makeup, per cui questo è il periodo più a rischio per le mie finanze: le collezioni makeup natalizie sono tutte uscite, ed è una così forte tentazione, difficile resistere nel mio caso, specialmente quando si parla di Chanel, Dior, YSL, Estee Lauder e MAC !. Oggi vi voglio mostrare qualche acquisto di trucco Natale 2014 relativo a Chanel e MAC. Dalla collezione Plumes Precieuses de Chanel, sono felicissima di aver comprato la cipria illuminante Chanel Camélia de plumes, un velo unico e iridescente con riflessi argento e oro, è l'illuminante più bello che abbia mai visto, disegnato come una camelia fatta di piume. Ho deciso di prendere anche la Stilo Chanel eyeliner occhi Or Blanc 987, dal colore molto simile all'illuminante, che sto già usando nella rima interna dell'occhio per un effetto "occhi più aperti". Adoro il makeup e sono una fashion blogger che legge tanti beauty e makeup blog ;-).

 

MAC Prabal Gurung, Heirloom Mix and Rocky Horror Collections

My Limited Edition makeup haul goes on with a few MACcosmetics products. I indulged in their Prabal Gurung collection, with custom gold packaging. I would have bought everything from this collection, but it was really pricey so I had to make a choice, and went for a Rich Black Kohl Power Eye Pencil (Feline) and the flesh colored Chromagraphic Pencil, as I am kinda obsessed with butter color eye pencil. I also got myself the amazing Carmine Rouge MAC lipstick, a matte true red. It's gorgeous !. From MAC Heirloom Mix collection, I bought two beautiful MAC Mineralize blushes, Modest Blush (it's a baby salmon pink) and Sweet Sentiment (a rosy pink). Oh, I also got an amazing rich red nail polish, Queen's Honour, a bright red I can't stop wearing. I also wanted to buy a red lipstick but it went sold out so quickly so I had to give up. Anyway, just some time before I bought two lipsticks from MAC Rocky Horror Picture Show collection, Oblivion and Strange Journey - they are all red, the color I buy the most, and Bad Fairy nail polish, a deliciously kitsch glittery nail polish. I have been buying so many red lip colors, lately ! All of them are lipsticks, but I also got a Pirate color Rouge Allure Gloss from Chanel, and love it. This is just a little haul compared to all the makeup I buy, anyway for the reviews I suggest you to check out my favorite beauty review website I check most of the times before purchasing anything - she is really great, and honest: Temptalia. On this fashion blog I like to show you, from time to time, my makeup and beauty haul posts, that I sometimes don't write just because I didn't resist in using my purchases before taking some good looking pics, LOL. Il mio bottino di makeup Edizione Limitata continua con qualche prodotto MAC. Non ho resistitito alla lussuosa collezione Prabal Gurung, con packaging color oro. Avrei preso tutto di questa linea, ma era piuttosto costosa e mi sono dovuta limitare, così ho scelto la matita occhi nera Feline Kohl Power Pencil e quella color carne Chromagraphic NW25/NC30, dato che sono ossessionata dalle matite occhi color burro. Ho scelto anche il bellissimo rossetto Carmine Rouge, un rosso puro mat. E' stupendo !. Dalla collezione MAC Heirloom Mix ho preso due bellissimi blush MAC Mineralize, il Modest blush (un rosa chiaro color salmone) e Sweet Sentiment (un rosato). Ho preso anche uno smalto in un bel rosso vivo, Queen's Honour, che porto anche in questo momento. Volevo anche un rossetto ma è terminato molto in fretta. Poco tempo prima avevo ceduto a due rossetti della collezione MAC Rocky Horror Picture Show, Oblivion e Strange Journey - entrambi rossi, colore che prevale nel mio beauty, e lo smalto Bad Fairy, deliziosamente kitsch e glitterato. Ultimamente ho esagerato con i rossetto rossi, in effetti ! Sono tutti rossetti, ma ho comprato anche un Rouge Allure Gloss Chanel, nel colore Pirate, mi piace molto. Questa è solo una piccola parte del makeup che compro regolarmente, dopo aver letto qualche recensione, specialmente da un sito di beauty che adoro e le cui recensioni sono precise e molto oneste: Temptalia. Su questo fashion blog troverete, di tanto in tanto, i miei post makeup e beauty haul (che spesso non faccio solo perché non ho resistito ad usare le cose comprate prima di fare delle foto decenti, LOL). Another great idea for a presents is a fun sweatshirt. I own so many sweatshirts, I love to wear them with jeans but also with skirts and heels. The ones you see in this post are from another totally italian brand, Dresscode, a fashionable streetwear brand producing Made in Italy clothing - especially their t-shirts and sweatshirts are very popular, with their colorful prints. I am sure on Dresscode Online shop you will find a sweatshirt you like, I personally went for a black, short oversized one with the "Chic" lettering made in stones and for a grey "YSL" one, adorned with romantic red hearts. Un'altra ottima idea per un regalo è rappresentata da una bella felpa divertente. Io ho tantissime felpe, amo indossarle con i jeans ma anche osare con gonne e tacchi alti. Quelle che vedete in foto sono di un brand italianissimo, Dresscode, marchio di streetwear fashion che produce abbigliamento Made in Italy - le loro t-shirt e felpe con stampe divertenti sono i capi più celebri. Sono sicura che tra la vasta scelta che c'è nello Shop Online Dresscode troverete quella più giusta, io ho optato per una felpa oversize corta di colore nero con la scritta "Chic" fatta in pietre preziose, ed una felpa grigia con la scritta "YSL" adornata di romantici cuoricini. Christmas is near, and wearing a starry sweater is a good idea to spice up a casual everyday outfit. A set of golden stars on a black background are on my jumper from Mismash, a spanish brand that focus on feminine, powerful women and creates trendy clothes with a romantic, delicate touch. This Toulouse sweater is slightly oversized and is a perfect choice to wear on my holidays. I decided to wear it with skinny jeans and with my new croc print track sole shoes. As bag, I went for my red and fuchsia Marc by Marc Jacobs Bob's Memphis colorblock satchel. 

Il Natale è vicino, ed indossare un maglione con le stelle mi è sembrata una buona idea per rendere un po' speciale un outfit casual per tutti i giorni. Un insieme di stelle dorate su di uno sfondo nero sul mio maglione di Mismash, un brand spagnolo dedicato alle donne femminili e grintose e crea abbigliamento trendy con un tocco romantico e delicato. Questa maglia modello Toulouseè leggermente oversize ed è una scelta perfetta per questo periodo. Ho deciso di abbinarla a jeans skinny ed alle mie nuove scarpe stringate stampa coccodrillo e sottile suola a carroarmato. Come borsa, ho optato per la borsa Marc by Marc Jacobs colorblock rossa e fucsia Bob's Memphis.

In this outfit, and in some of the next ones you'll see seeing soon on this fashion blog, I will be wearing a bit of Barcelona, thanks to Smash!, a spanish company that designs, produces and distributes three different brands: Smash!, Mismash and Paramita. Each of these brands, in its way, reflects the happy Barcelona style. This was the turn of Mismash, with my starry sweater worn on a turtleneck and on my Dr Denim jeans with new lace up shoes in croc print leather and track sole, a thin one, not chunky like my Windosor Smith ones. That's all, I am just relieved and happy I completed all my Christmas shopping, and now it's finally time to enjoy my days at home and relax a little bit !. Are you ready for Christmas ?.

Questo è stato il turno di Mismash, con il mio maglione stellato, indossato con un lupetto sui jeans Dr Denim e con le nuove stringate a stampa cocco e suola a carroarmato sottile, non certo spessa come nelle mie Windsor Smith. E' tutto, sono decisamente felice e soddisfatta di aver completato il mio shopping natalizio, ed è finalmente giunto il momento di godermi un po' di meritato relax ! It's Christmas Eve, and just like many of you, I am going to spend it with my loved ones, gathered around a table, eating too much and enjoying quality family time. I just wanted to express my best Christmas wishes to all of you, readers of this fashion blog, and also to other fellow fashion bloggers - many of them are now true friends - and just blogger collegues. Thank you for everytime you have been reading my posts, for every minute you spent on this blog and for everything you taught me, about the world surrounding me and most of all, about myself. I wish you a very Merry Christmas, filled with joy and laughters and with the best presents we can ever ask for: health and peace !.

E' la Vigilia di Natale, e come molti di voi, la trascorrerò con le persone che amo, la mia famiglia, riuniti intorno ad un tavolo, mangiando troppo e godendomi un po' di relax con i miei cari. Here you see me in my house, with my over decorated Christmas tree, wearing a precious Sister Jane midi skirt bought on Asos with golden roses and a red H&M blouse. A golden statement necklace, and maybe my cat eye eyeglasses, and I am ready for the evening !. Tomorrow, you can bet I am gonna wear one of those ugly Christmas sweaters that drive me crazy, but tonight I am pretty elegant. There are quite a few presents under the tree, and my biggest one isn't a surprise, but I can't wait to open it anyway...it comes in a black box and has the Chanel lettering on it...I will show it to you soon ! I admit anyway that one of my favorite things ever is giving my own presents to the others and see their reactions. Have a wonderful Christmas and a joyful holiday time, all of you ! Quì mi vedete a casa mia, accanto al mio albero di Natale super addobbato, mentre indosso una midi skirt preziosa, di Sister Jane, presa su Asos, con rose dorate, che ho abbinato ad una blusa rossa di H&M. Una statement necklace dorata, e probabilmente i miei occhiali da vista modello "gatta", e sono pronta per la serata !. Domani, potete scommetterci, sfoggerò uno di quei tremendi maglioni natalizi che mi fanno impazzire, ma stasera mi mantengo sull'elegante. Ci sono un po' di regali sotto l'albero, il mio regalo più importante non è una sorpresa ma sarò ugualmente emozionata nell'aprirlo...è in una scatola nera con la scritta Chanel...ve ne mosterò presto il contenuto ! Ammetto comunque che mi piace troppo vedere la reazione degli altri all'apertura dei miei regali. Ancora tanti auguri di Buon Natale e di felici vacanze, a tutti voi ! My first Chanel 2.55 classic flap bag unboxing

It's time to unveil my biggest Christmas present ! I have been wanting it for such a long time and it's finally mine: my first Chanel 2.55 classic flap bag is truly a dream come true. This iconic Chanel bag comes in four sizes, mine, baby, small, large and Jumbo. Mine is the large one, 20x30x10 cm, it's in grained calfskin and has golden hardware.  This Classic handbag displays an elegant design that never goes out of fashion, this is not "a bag", this is "THE bag", a legend in the history of fashion, and it's finally mine ! I can't wait to wear it with both elegant and casual outfits. Below you have a few pictures of the "unboxing" of my Chanel present - from the black Chanel box to the dust bag with a drawing of Mademoiselle Coco Chanel signed by Karl Lagerfeld, from the burgundy inside to the purchase certificate. E' giunto il momento di svelare il mio più grande regalo di Natale ! Le desideravo da ormai tanto tempo ed è finalmente mia: la mia prima borsa Chanel 2.55 classic flapè davvero un sogno che si è realizzato. Questa iconica borsa Chanel viene prodotta in quattro misure: baby, small, large e la Jumbo. La mia è la large, 20x30x10 cm, in vitello martellato e con fermaglio e catena dorati. Questa borsa classica ha un design elegante che non passa mai di moda, non si tratta di "una borsa", questa è "LA borsa", una vera leggenda nella storia della moda, ed è finalmente mia !. Non vedo l'ora di abbinarla sia a look eleganti che più casual. In questo post trovate qualche foto dell'apertura del regalo, dalla scatola nera Chanel alla dust bag per riporla con il disegno di Mademoiselle Coco Chanel a firma Karl Lagerfeld, all'interno burgundy fino al certificato d'acquisto. History, updated Prices of Chanel 2.55 Classic flap bag

The first bag created by Coco Chanel in February 1955 - hence the name 2.55 - was in jersey and later in soft lambskin quilted leather, chain straps and a rectangular turn-lock closure, also known as the "Mademoiselle closure". About 40 years later, Mr Karl Lagerfeld decided for a restyling of the iconic bag, adding a double "C" logo, the Maison logo, to the turn-lock closure, and adding a leather strap to the chain straps, and the 2.55 Classic flap was born. In 2005, to celebrate 50 years of the iconic bag, Largerfeld thought about producing a bag identical to the first one created by Coco Chanel in 1955, the 2.55 reissue. These bags, just like other iconic bags, are very imitated, so if you want to be sure to buy a real one, just go to one of Chanel boutiques around the world or to one of Chanel authorized dealers. Each bag comes with a serial number. Prices are the bitter part of this entire story - these bags are really pricey and twice a yer the Maison rises them up - we talk about a total raise per year of about 600 euros !. Actual prices for 2.55 classic flap bag, identical both for the lambskin and grained calfskin leather, are the following: 

- 2.55 classic flap bag in small size: 3.400 €

- 2.55 classic flap bag in medium size: 3.550 €

- 2.55 classic flap bag in large size: 3.950 €

- 2.55 classic flap bag in Jumbo size: 4.300 €

If you decided you want to buy a vintage, pre owned Chanel bag, be aware there are many fake bags around and therefore you'll better study how to recognize a fake Chanel bag. Remember about the simmetry: the quilted pattern in original bag is consistent from the flap of the bag up to the body when the bag is closed, the quilted squares are always in odd number (I count 7 on mine). As for the clasp, the right C overlaps the left at the top, and the left overlaps the right at the bottom. Other important signs are the size of the back pocket, with the borders of the quilted squares always matching together, the color of the inside of the bag and others you can find on other fashion blogs.

La prima borsa creata da Coco Chanel nel Febbraio 1955 - ecco il perché si chiama 2.55 - era in jersey e poco dopo in soffice pelle di agnello matelassé, aveva manici a catena ed una chiusura a fermaglio rettangolare, detto anche "fermaglio Mademoiselle". Circa 40 anni dopo, Karlf Lagerfeld decise per un restyling della iconica borsa, aggiungendo le due "C" intrecciate, logo della Maison, al fermaglio, ed intrecciando catene e tracolla in pelle, ottenendo quella che viene chiamata la 2.55 Classic flap. Nel 2005, Largerfeld pensò bene di proporre una borsa identica alla prima edizione, la 2.55 reissue. I prezzi sono la parte più amara dell'intera storia - queste borse non sono accessibili, i prezzi sono alti e, come se non bastasse, la Maison li ritocca due volte all'anno, pertanto sono soggetti a continuo aumento - parliamo di un aumento di circa 600 euro all'anno !. I prezzi attualmente in vigore per la 2.55 classic flap, identici sia per il pellame in agnello che in vitello, sono i seguenti:

- 2.55 classic flap misura piccola: 3.400 €

- 2.55 classic flap misura media: 3.550 €

- 2.55 classic flap misura grande: 3.950 €

- 2.55 classic flap misura Jumbo: 4.300 €

Se decidete di comprare una borsa Chanel vintage, già usata, fate attenzione ai tanti falsi che girano e studiate bene come riconoscere una borsa Chanel falsa. Ricordate la simmetria: la trama del matelassé mantiene le proporzioni quando la borsa è chiusa, i rombi matelassé interi sono sempre dispari (ne conto 7 sulla mia), il fermaglio con la doppia C prevede sempre che la C di destra vada sopra l'altra in alto, mentre sia sovrastata dalla C sinistra sul fondo. Altri segni importanti sono le dimensioni della taschina sul retro, con i bordi dei rombi che combaciano sempre, il colore dell'interno della borsa ed altri che potete leggere anche su altri fashion blog.

This is my first Chanel bag, and this present wasn't a surprise - you saw it from my short Christmas wishlist - and since it's a precious bag I have been thinking really well about what kind of bag to get !. Today, there is a moltitude of Classic Handbags available in different materials. The original was crafted from soft lambskin, but grained calfskin, known as "caviar" at Chanel is the material of choice ideal for everyday use because it's more resistent to scratches and wear. I confess I was thorn between the lambskin and the calfskin leather, they are both totally gorgeous and luxury at touch, but after examinating them at the Chanel boutique in Piazza di Spagna in Rome, and also hearing the advice of Chanel bags owners I went for grained calfskin, because I plan to wear my Chanel classic bag very often, and the lambskin is very delicate, plus the caviar leather had this modern allure that I thought was perfect for my style. I chose my Chanel bag in black color because I think the first one has to be in the most versatile and timeless color of all; I wanted it with golden hardware just because I like it a little bit more - even tho the silver hardware is also gorgeous, to be sincere I'd want one in each color, size and hardware !. As for the chosen size, since I usually bring so many things with me, my choice was only between this size and the so called Jumbo size, that I find wonderful but slightly less elegant and for my first Chanel bag I wanted the most versatile bag of all, so this is roomy but not too large, it's ok for daytime, for the night, with jeans, with elegant dresses...it doesn't make coffee, but it's close to it, LOL !. Can you say I am happy about my Christmas present ?.

Chanel 2.55: come sceglierla

E' la mia prima borsa Chanel, il regalo non è stato una sorpresa - sapevate già quanto la desiderassi dalla mia breve wishlist natalizia, ma, data l'importanza della borsa, c'è stato un ampio ragionamento dietro alla scelta del modello !. Oggi ci sono tante borse classiche disponibili in materiali diversi. L'originale era in morbida pelle d'agnello, ma il vitello martellato, conosciuto anche come "caviale" dalla Maison Chanel è il pellame ideale per l'uso giornaliero perché più resistente ai graffi ed all'usura. Io confesso di essere stata molto indecisa tra i due pellami, sono entrambi bellissimi e lussuosi al tatto, ma dopo aver visto entrambe le borse alla Boutique Chanel Roma in Piazza di Spagna, ed aver ascoltato i consigli di proprietarie di borse Chanel, ho optato per la versione in vitello martellato, perché voglio indossare la mia Chanel classica molto spesso e l'agnello è molto delicato, inoltre la pelle "caviar" ha questa allure moderna che trovo molto adatta al mio modo di vestire. L'ho scelta di colore nero perché la prima Chanel è bene che sia nel colore più versatile di tutti, con metallo dorato perché mi piaceva un po' di più - anche se la versione in argento è stupenda e a dire il vero ne vorrei una in ogni variante !. Per quanto riguarda la misura, dato che amo le borse spaziose, la mia scelta era solo tra questo modello, il terzo in ordine di grandezza, e la cosìddetta Jumbo, che trovo meravigliosa ma meno elegante e volendo un modello che si adattasse un po' a tutto, ho scelto questa, abbastanza spaziosa ma non eccessivamente grande...va bene il giorno, la sera, con i jeans, con abiti eleganti...insomma, non fa solo il caffé !!! LOL !. Si capisce che sono leggermente felice di questo regalo di Natale ?.

Black sheer tights and stiletto suede ankle boots

I am really in love with this Smash! coat, it's lovely with those red accents, the asymmetrical neckline and the belt to ensure a defined waistline, plus it's very warm and cozy. My New York bag from Olivia Pope Accessory, that you had seen in a previous post on this fashion blog, is the perfect bag to carry from day to night, and I love the internal flap in a transparent plastic like material, that together with smooth leather ends up for being very modern and stylish !. The bag is roomy enough to carry my essentials and the chain gives it that aggressive vibe. I decided to go asymmetrical also with my mini dress, as you can see, and this time I opted for sheer tights. I normally use opaque tights more, also because they keep my legs warm, but black sheer tights are making a huge comeback and they are very feminine and definately approved by me, especially with wool dresses, I think there has to be a contrast among the different kind of fabrics to look good, so generally I like opaque tights with light dresses and sheer tights with woolen dresses. Mi piace davvero tanto questo cappottino di Smash!, trovo adorabili questi inserti rossi, la linea asimmetrica del collo e la cintura in vita, che assicura un punto vita definito, inoltre è molto caldo e comodo. La mia borsa New York di Olivia Pope Accessory, che vi avevo presentato in un post precedente su questo fashion blog, è la borsa perfetta per il giorno e la sera, con la sua pattina interna in plastica trasparente, che insieme alla pelle liscia rende il tutto molto moderno e stiloso !. La borsa ha abbastanza spazio per i miei oggetti essenziali e la catena la rende aggressiva al punto giusto. Ho deciso di puntare sull'asimmetria anche con il mini vestito e, come potete notare, questa volta ho optato per calze più trasparenti del solito. Io uso abitualmente le calze più coprenti e opache, anche per tenermi al caldo, ma le calze nere trasparenti sono tornate alla ribalta e le trovo molto femminili, approvandole soprattutto con abiti in lana pesante. Credo infatti ci debba essere contrasto tra i diversi tipi di tessuto, per cui preferisco le calze pesanti con gli abiti leggeri e quelle più trasparenti con gli abiti in lana. Beh, è tutto per oggi, spero vi stiate godendo questi giorni di vacanza insieme a chi amate !.

In this last day of 2014 and all I want to do is wishing you, my lovely readers, a very happy New Year, may 2015 bring you what you need, joy and be a better year in general !. Thank you for supporting my fashion blog, that is made of outfits, reviews and other things, but since outfits are a big part of Fashion and Cookies, I felt like welcoming 2015 with a recap the best outfits of 2014 !. For my 2014 fashion recap, I divided some of my looks into three large groups: chic, trendy and casual outfits. It was really hard to choose and also it took me a bit to create these images, anyway you'll find all the links to every featured outfit, the numbers goes from upper left to down right. I hope you enjoy my annual recap, I'd love to know what is your favorite group of outfits and your favorite look !. I, for sure, got reminded of how many clothes and accessories I have in my closet...and yet sometimes I feel I have nothing to wear, LOL !. Nell'ultimo giorno del 2014, tutto ciò che voglio è augurarvi, mie adorabili lettori, Buon Anno Nuovo, possa il 2015 portarvi ciò di cui avete bisogno, gioia ed essere un anno migliore in generale !. Grazie per il sostegno che date al mio fashion blog, che è fatto di outfit, recensioni ed altro, ma dato che gli outfit sono una grande parte di Fashion and Cookies, accogliamo il 2015 con i migliori outfit del 2014 !. Per il mio riepilogo fashion 2014, ho diviso alcuni dei miei look in tre grandi gruppi: chic, trendy e casual. E' stato davvero difficile scegliere e mi ci è voluto un bel po' per creare queste immagini; trovate anche i link ad ogni post rappresentato, i numeri vanno da in alto a sinistra fino ad in basso a destra. Spero vi piaccia questo riepilogo annuale, mi piacerebbe sapere quale gruppo vi aggrada di più ed il vostro outfit preferito !. Io, sicuramente, mi sono resa conto di avere un bel po' di abiti ed accessori nel mio guardaroba...e nonostante ciò, spesso mi sento di non avere nulla da mettere, LOL !. My chic outfits featured midi skirts, pointy shoes, structured bags as well as bodycon dresses and stiletto heels. Those kind of looks are the ones preferred by my husband, where I look more feminine, classy and put together. In my casual looks I worn jeans a lot, both skinny and boyfriend, but always tried to keep them stylish adding a blazer, a special vest and the right accessories. Most of those comfortable looks see me with sneakers or flat boots. My trendy looks are the ones I had more fun assembling, because I got to try new trends. The trendy looks I felt like featuring go from wearing a pink coat to radiant orchid dress, to french fries and cartoon prints from Moschino, totally distressed jeans to the famous Zara azure leather jacket. I can't wait to play with what's in store for us in 2015 and I thank you for the time we spent together and for the time you'll dedicate to this fashion blog in the new year ! Happy 2015 !.

I miei outfit chic riguardano soprattutto midi skirt, scarpe a punta, borse strutturate ma anche tubini aderenti e tacchi a spillo. Questo è il tipo di look preferito da mio marito, in cui sono più femminile, di classe ed elegante. Nei look casual ho indossato spesso i jeans, sia modello skinny che boyfriend, ma ho sempre cercato di aggiungere dettagli di stile come un blazer, un gilet particolare e gli accessori giusti. La maggior parte di questi look mi hanno vista con sneakers o stivali dal comodo tacco basso. I miei look trendy sono quelli che mi sono divertita maggiormente a creare, perché ho sperimentato con mode nuove. Gli outfit trendy che ho scelto di ricordare vanno dal cappotto rosa ad un abito radiant orchid, alla stampa con patatine fritte ed a quella cartoon di Moschino, ai jeans strappati fino alla famosa giacca in ecopelle azzurra di Zara. Non vedo l'ora di giocare con quanto ci aspetta per il 2015 e vi ringrazio fin da ora sia per l'anno trascorso insieme che per il tempo che dedicherete a questo fashion blog nell'anno nuovo ! Buon 2015 !.

Stripes and leopard print with veiled beanie

I am back after a few days of relax with the first outfit of this new year 2015 on this fashion blog. It's been freezing cold in these days, and that was a good excuse to keep on my Zara leopard print faux fur coat and to wear my veiled beanie hat, because in spite of what you might have heard, fashion bloggers do suffer in the cold weather. This coat is from a past season, and first look of the year required something totally new, so here we are with my faux leather textured midi skirt and my striped sweater bought at & Other Stories. Stripes and leopard print are such an interesting match !. As bag, I went for my beloved Chanel 2.55 classic flap bag with golden hardware, that you will see me wearing very often from now on !.

Sono tornata dopo qualche giorno di riposo, con il primo outfit di questo nuovo anno 2015 sul mio fashion blog. Sta facendo molto freddo in questi giorni, una ottima scusa per non separarmi dalla mia eco pelliccia leopardata Zara e per sfoggiare il mio cappellino con veletta incorporata, perché, in caso non lo sappiate già, anche le fashion blogger soffrono il freddo !. Il pellicciotto è della scorsa stagione, ma il primo look dell'anno richiedeva anche qualcosa di totalmente nuovo, ed ecco quindi, oltre alla midi skirt in ecopelle goffrata, il maglioncino a righe preso da & Other Stories. Trovo l'abbinamento righe e stampa leopardata molto interessante. Come borsa, ecco la mia adorata borsa Chanel 2.55 classic flap con hardware color oro, che mi vedrete spesso d'ora in poi !.

This look is mostly black and white, with this circle midi skirt in embossed faux leather. Inspired by my beautiful Chanel 2.55 classic flap bag, I opted for a simple striped sweater that wasn't too long, therefore it was perfect on a high waisted midi skirt. At my neck, a Chanel inspired necklace that was a Christmas present I really loved. I added black leather boots with stiletto heels and my leather gloves. The only touch of different colors are my Zara leopard faux fur coat, that you had seen worn with jeans in a previous post, and my red Spitfire sunglasses, matching my lipstick. The veil beanie has been a hot trend for quite a long time now, and it's still going strong. I bought mine on Asos and it's fun as well as a very warm and cozy item. Well, I hope the new year started in the best way for you, and I bet in these days most of you are shopping for sales ! What have you bought so far ?.

Borsa Chanel 2.55 classic flap e gonna midi a ruota in eco pelle

Questo look è principalmente in bianco e nero, con la gonna midi a ruota in ecopelle goffrata. Ispirata dalla mia bellissima borsa Chanel 2.55 classic flap, ho optato per un maglioncino a righe semplice che è della lunghezza giusta per essere portato su una midi a vita alta. La collana stile Chanelè stata un regalo di Natale particolarmente apprezzato. Ho deciso di abbinare al tutto stivali in pelle nera dal tacco a spillo e guanti in pelle. Gli unici tocchi di colore diverso sono l'eco pellicciotto leopardato Zara, che vi avevo mostrato abbinato ai jeans in un vecchio post, ed i miei occhiali da sole Spitfire, rossi come il rossetto. Il cappellino con velettaè in voga da un bel po' ormai, e continua ad andare alla grande. Ho preso il mio su Asos ed è un accessorio, oltre che divertente, anche molto caldo e comodo. Spero che il  nuovo anno sia iniziato nel modo migliore per tutti voi, e scommetto che in molti vi sarete dati alla ricerca dei saldi ! Che avete già comprato di bello ?.

Post holidays blues ? We need Happy Barcelona Style !

Hey guys, holidays are officially over, and we're all back to our usual routine, possibly with a few good resolutions to achieve for the New Year (eating less and well, going back to the gym and sleeping more are part of mine, for sure !). I have decided to fight the post holidays blues with a super happy colorful print, the one of this Rozalia dress from Paramita, a spanish brand, featuring the famous happy Barcelona style. I decided to wear this short, colorful dress with my black over the knee boots and a few pop statement accessories, just like my Marc by Marc Jacobsclearly bag, with a transparent flap, my studded Moschino sunglasses and a turquoise egg shaped coat, that you can see in the pic below.

Ciao a tutti, le vacanze sono ufficialmente finite, e stiamo tornando tutti alla solita routine, magari con qualche buon proposito per l'Anno Nuovo da realizzare assolutamente (mangiare meno e meglio, tornare in palestra e dormire di più sono sicuramente tra i miei obiettivi !). Ho deciso di combattere la tristezza post festività con una stampa super allegra e colorata, quella dell'abito Rozalia di Paramita, brand spagnolo che rappresenta lo "stile felice" di Barcellona. A short dress with cuissardes is something I really like, I am so glad over the knee boots are a hot trend this year, I have always loved to wear them !. Instead, I hadn't been wearing my Marc by Marc Jacobs clearly bag for ages, maybe you remember it from an old post.  I love turquoise and red together, and I felt my chunky, egg shaped coat was somehow the right one for this already colorful outfit. I decided to add a pop necklace, and this one is just...Cool, as it says !. Well, that's all for today...I wish you a good restart of normal life, and I confess you a part of me hates taking Christmas decorations off, it's just not a fun thing to do and it makes me a bit sad. I  therefore tried to cheer myself up with some shopping, today, and I will show you my purchases very soon, as a fashion blogger would do !. 

Un abito corto e colorato con i cuissardes

L'abito Rozalia ha maniche a tre quarti ed una forma a tunica, inoltre la stoffa leggera lo rende perfetto per più di una stagione. Lo stile è anni '60, proprio come per i miei occhiali da gatta borchiati Moschino, ed io mi sono innamorata della caleidoscopica stampa geometrica, che con un bel po' di fantasia mi ricorda lo stile Emilio Pucci. Vi suggerisco di visitare il sito Ufficiale Paramita e la Pagina Facebook Paramita per tenere d'occhio questo brand spagnolo giovane e molto divertente !. Un abitino corto con stivali sopra il ginocchioè un abbinamento che amo molto, sono felicissima che i cuissardes siano di moda quest'anno, mi è sempre piaciuto calzarli !. Invece, non indossavo questa mia borsa rossa Marc by Marc Jacobs da parecchio tempo, forse la ricordate da un vecchio post. Amo il turchese ed il rosso insieme, ed il mio ingombrante cappottone a uovo mi è sembrato la scelta giusta per questo outfit già colorato !. Ho aggiunto una collana dal gusto pop, molto...cool, come dice la scritta stessa !. Bene, è tutto per oggi...vi auguro una buona ripresa della vita normale, e vi confesso il mio disagio nel dover riporre tutte le decorazioni natalizie, non è divertente e mi intristisce non poco. Ho, comunque, provato a consolarmi con un po' di shopping di saldi e vi mostrerò i miei acquisti molto presto, come deve fare una brava fashion blogger !.

A black midi pleated skirt with classic black pumps

After many colorful outfits, I am here with an almost all black look !. Black, the safest colors of all, the one that never fails when you need something to wear and you are undecided, is the main carachter in this post, featuring a faux leather midi pleated skirt and a metallic finish sweater, as well as my classic Le Silla pumps and Givenchy Antigona bag. A good quality pair of smooth leather pumps with a reasonably high heel are something every woman should own in her shoe closet, in my opinion, and it's a good idea, if you don't have a pair yet, to look for them on sale, as they can be a good solution for office, for an elegant evening and look glamorous under your jeans. Black is also defined as lack of color, therefore as I consider myself a coloraholic, I couldn't help adding a Kiomi bold red coat and a Baracuta England scarf, that you can see scrolling the post !.

Gonna nera midi a pieghe con decolleté nere classiche 

Dopo molti outfit colorati, eccomi con un look quasi totalmente in nero !. Il nero, colore più sicuro di tutti, con il quale non si sbaglia mai quando si è in dubbio su cosa indossare, è il protagonista principale di questo post, con una gonna midi plissé in eco pelle ed un maglione a finitura spalmata. Nere sono anche le pumps Le Silla e la borsa Givenchy Antigona. Un paio di scarpe in pelle liscia di qualità con un tacco alto ma non troppo sono, secondo me, un must have per la scarpiera di ogni donna, e se non ne avete ancora vi consiglio di cercarle ai saldi. Possono essere una ottima soluzione sia per l'ufficio che per la sera e stare benissimo anche sotto ai jeans. Il nero viene definito anche come assenza di colore, ma io mi considero una coloraholic, per cui non ho resistito ad aggiungere un cappotto Kiomi rosso vivace ed una sciarpa Baracuta England che potete vedere scorrendo le immagini !.

My red coat and Givenchy Antigona bag

I have been wanting a black pleated midi skirt for a while and was lucky to find it in a little shop. This one is in faux leather and it very versatile, looking good both with high heels and with masculine flats. With a simple black sweater, the result is perfect for an everyday chic look. My sweater has a metallic finish, one of this season's trends, and I also have a green one with a similar finish that you saw in a previous post. I added opaque tights and my classic Le Silla pointy pumps. To keep myself warm, I opted for a red three quarter sleeved ovoidal coat, and a colorful Baracuta tartan scarf bought at Woolrich store. As bag, I went for my beloved Givenchy Antigona small, one of my favorite bags ever, pretty from day to night !. An old necklace from Tarina Tarantino, with a flower pendant, and a shiny statement bracelet completed my almost total black look that ended up for being all black when inside, and colorful - thanks to coat and scarf - when walking in the streets ! ;)

Volevo una gonna nera plissé da tempo e l'ho trovata, con un po' di fortuna, in un negozietto. La mia è in eco pelle ed è molto versatile, sta bene sia con i tacchi che con scarpe basse ed un po' maschili. Con un semplice maglione nero, il risultato è un look chic adatto a tutti i giorni. Il mio maglione ha una finitura metallizzata, uno dei trend di quest'anno, come un altro di colore verde che vi ho già mostrato in un post precedente. Ho aggiunto calze opache e le mie pumps classiche Le Silla. Per tenermi al caldo, ho optato per un cappotto con manica a tre quarti dalla forma ovoidale, ed una sciarpa tartan Baracuta presa al negozio Woolrich. Come borsa, ho scelto la mia adorata Givenchy Antigona small, una delle mie preferite, bella sia di giorno che per la sera !. Una vecchia collana Tarina Tarantino, dal pendente con fiore, ed un bracciale vistoso hanno completato questo look quasi tutto nero che ha finito per diventare un total black "da interni", perché colorato con sciarpa e cappotto, quindi solo per strada ! ;)

Fuzzy sweater on a metallic jacquard midi skirt

A new week is here, let's start it in a classy way, with an elegant outfit I wore on the first day of this 2015 that doesn't seem really great by far. Let's just hope it gets better !. I was sporting a short black fuzzy sweater on a midi skirt in metallic jacquard found on Asos. A mixture of black and bronze color for this feminine look, enriched by my beautiful Chanel classic flap bag in caviar leather and my new statement necklace bought on Theatrebijoux Etsy Shop, made with vintage Chanel buttons from Nicoletta, she is very talented and I am so glad that browsing thru Etsy, with so many interesting shops, I found her !.

Una nuova settimana è quì e la voglio iniziare con classe, con un outfit elegante indossato proprio nel primo giorno di questo 2015 che non sembra, ad oggi, promettere troppo bene, speriamo migliori !. Ho sfoggiato un maglioncino "peloso" su una gonna midi a stampa jacquard metallica trovata su Asos. Un misto di nero e bronzo per un look molto femminile, impreziosito dalla mia bella Chanel classic flap in pelle caviar e dalla mia nuova collana a bavaglio scovata sull'Etsy Shop Theatrebijoux, creata  con bottoni vintage Chanel dalla bravissima Nicoletta, che ha molto talento e che sono proprio contenta di aver trovato nei miei giri su Etsy, che ha tanti negozi davvero interessanti !.

Necklace made of vintage buttons on a hairy knit sweater

This high waisted skirt has front pockets and as soon as I saw it I thought it would be elegant with a black top, and this fluffy sweater, with hairy knit being very trendy right now, was short enough to look good on it. I have midi skirts of all lenghts, this one is not too long, it's just a little bit below the knee. The statement necklace found on Etsy, precisely on Theatrebijoux, was perfect on this all black top, lovely just like all Nicoletta's creations, that you can also find on her Instagram profile @Theatrebijoux and on her blog. This is the second outfit with a Chanel classic flap bag so far, the other one was with a midi skirt of a longer lenght. This has been my dream bag for such a long time and has been my Christmas present, bought in the new Chanel shop in Rome Piazza di Spagna. My shoes of choice were a pair of suede cap-toe ankle boots. Guerlain Rouge Parade lipstick on my lips, Moschino studded sunglasses and I was ready to start the New Year. Surely, I was happier to start the New Year than to start a new week, I don't like Mondays very much, but if we see every new day like a new chance to change our lives for the best, maybe we can face our Monday blues, right ?.

Questa gonna a vita alta ha tasche frontali ed appena l'ho vista ho pensato di abbinarla ad un top nero per un risultato elegante, e questo maglioncino "fluffy", con un filato ed effetto peloso molto trendy al momento, mi è sembrato la scelta giusta. Ho gonne midi di diverse lunghezze, questa arriva appena sotto al ginocchio. La collana a bavaglio trovata su Etsy, precisamente su Theatrebijoux, è stata perfetta sul top nero, è davvero adorabile come, del resto, tutte le creazioni di Nicoletta, che trovate anche seguendo il profilo Instragram @Theatrebijoux e sul suo blog. Questo ad oggi è il secondo look con la mia nuova borsa Chanel classic flap, l'altro mi vedeva con una gonna più lunga. La Chanel 2.55 classica è la borsa dei miei sogni da tanto tempo, ed è stato il mio regalo di Natale, comprata nel nuovo negozio Chanel di Roma Piazza di Spagna, per cui è stata giustamente prescelta per iniziare bene l'anno nuovo. Come scarpe, ho optato per degli ankle boots in camoscio dalla punta in pelle lucida. Un tocco di Rouge Parade Guerlain sulle labbra e gli occhiali borchiati Moschino mi hanno accompagnata nel primo giorno dell'anno. Sicuramente, essendo ancora in vacanza, il primo giorno del 2015 è stato più piacevole di un lunedì qualsiasi, tra sveglia ed impegni vari. Io non amo i lunedì, ma intendo affrontarlo con grinta, pensando che ogni giorno è una chance per cambiare in meglio le nostre vite, voi che dite, ci riesco ?.

Balenciaga coat and my fetish boots

Accessories are everything, it's one of the few sure things in my life full of questions. This outfit is the proof of this: a wool braid dress in a neutral color and a long Balenciaga black coat could compose the simplest look of all, but a few statement pieces give that eclectic touch that I really like: a wool jockey cap, my new handmade necklace made with a vintage Chanel button from Theatrebijoux and the trendy leopard pony hair and leather crossbody Candy pochette bag from Sofia borse, small and lovely, a true must have for this season that saw mini bags as a hot trend. At my feet, a pair of sexy, sky high stiletto black boots, the kind of boots that change the way you walk and almost scare you, they look like fetish boots and are from Cesare Paciotti. I was indeed thinking "If I can walk in these heels with this pavement, I should feel a bit more confident in myself and what I can achieve", whilst trying not to fall, LOL !.

Gli accessori sono tutto, è una delle poche certezze della mia vita piena di domande. Questo outfit ne è la prova: un abito a trecce in lana, in tonalità neutra ed un lungo cappotto Balenciaga potrebbero comporre un look semplicissimo, ma qualche pezzo d'eccezione fornisce quel tocco eclettico che amo tanto: un cappello in lana "da fantino", la nuova collana handmade creata con un bottone vintage Chanel da Theatrebijoux e la Candy pochette, tracollina super trendy in pelle e cavallino animalier di Sofia borse, piccola e deliziosa, un vero must have di stagione che ha visto le mini borse come protagoniste. Ai piedi, un paio di sexy, altissimi stivali, di quelli che ti cambiano la camminata e incutono quasi timore, hanno l'aria decisamente fetish e sono di Cesare Paciotti. "Se posso camminare su questi tacchi su un pavimento sconnesso, dovrei sentirmi più sicura di me e delle mie capacità" pensavo infatti, mentre cercavo di non cadere ! LOL !.

Hey guys, how are you doing ? I must confess this is a weird time of the year for me...winter is gonna be here for a long time still, and even tho a part of me is waiting for new collections, I feel like going out less, and my couch is becoming my best friend !. This is the time of the year when I have fun going on sales hunting from home, it's easy and comfortable browsing thru online shops and there are many great purchases to do, I can say I have a degree in the shop and save activity, the secret is buying things you will be able to wear for a long time still. I prepared three Esprit total looks, all found on Esprit webshop, from their sales...clothes, shoes, sunglasses and even the watches you see are all on sale, and these items are trendy and can be worn also on Spring !. The first look is girly and trendy, featuring a lovely black and white striped blouse with a faux leather circle skirt, with a quilted clutch and a lovely pair of black hi-top sneakers.

Caccia ai saldi sullo shop online Esprit

Ciao a tutti, come state ? Vi confesso che questo è uno strano periodo dell'anno per me...l'inverno è quì e ci accompagnerà ancora per parecchio, e sebbene io sia in ansia di scoprire le nuove collezioni, mi sento di uscire meno ed il divano è diventato il mio migliore amico !. Questo è il periodo dell'anno in cui mi diverto di più con la caccia ai saldi da casa, è facile e comodo vagare sugli shop online e ci sono tanti acquisti ottimi da fare, io posso dire tranquillamente di avere una laurea in compra e risparmia, il segreto è acquistare qualcosa che potrete usare per diversi mesi ancora. Ho preparato tre total look Esprit con capi a saldo, tutti trovati sull'eshop Esprit: abbigliamento, scarpe, occhiali da sole e persino gli orologi che vedete sono in saldo, si tratta di capi e accessori trendy che potranno essere portati fino anche in Primavera !. Il primo look è girly e alla moda, prevede una blusa a righe in bianco e nero con una gonna a ruota in ecopelle, portati con una clutch trapuntata ed un paio di sneakers high top, il mio modello preferito.

Sales smart tips with three Esprit total looks

After a first girly look with a circle skirt, the second Esprit look, that I named "Easy on Sunday morning" is featuring one of the must haves of this season: the fringed cape. This one is in a neutral color, easy to match, it's warm, cozy and really chic, especially with skinny jeans and the edgy touch of studded ankle boots. A furry bag can be worn to add some fun, this one would be good for day and night and, especially for a fashion blogger, a top with "say cheese" written on it can be useful to remind that we should keep smiling and not take ourselves too seriously !. This easy look is completed with big beige sunglasses. The third and last outfit is featuring a few items that are on sale but will be back to the window shops for Spring, so buying them now is really a smart move in my opinion: a white shirt is one of those classic pieces you should have in your wardrobe, and actually the more is the better !. Same thing applies to a leather motorcycle jacket, I have a true obsession for them and a black one like this one is a true must have that can be worn also on dresses, day to night. Faux leather pants and leggings are seen on many fashion blogs and I slowly fell in love with them, I have already got a few and these ones are really beautiful, worn with pointy pumps or also with boots. An animalier fan like me would totally buy that leopard print tote that is very versatile and roomy. I am so good I managed to convince even my husband that buying means saving, and you ? What did you buy or plan to buy on sale, and what among my Esprit total looks do you prefer ?.

Suggerimenti per i saldi con tre total look Esprit

Dopo un primo outfit girly con la gonna a ruota, il secondo look Esprit, che ho chiamato "Easy on Sunday morning", vede come protagonista uno dei must have di questa stagione: la cappa con le frange. Questa è in una tonalità naturale, facile da abbinare, è comoda, calda e davvero chic, specialmente con i jeans skinny ed il tocco grintoso degli stivaletti borchiati. Una borsa pelosa aggiunge frivolezza, questa va bene anche per la sera e, soprattutto per una fashion blogger, un top con la scritta "say cheese" può essere utile a ricordare che dovremmo sorridere e non prenderci troppo sul serio !. Questo look easy è completato da grandi occhiali beige. Il terzo ed ultimo outfit che ho creato vede sempre articoli in saldo che saranno presto nuovamente in tutte le vetrine per la Primavera, per cui acquistarli è sicuramente una mossa intelligente: una camicia bianca è uno dei capi classici che tutti dovrebbero avere nel proprio armadio, anzi, più se ne hanno e meglio è !. Lo stesso vale per la giacca da motociclista in pelle, io ho una vera ossessione per giubbotti del genere, ed averne uno nero è quasi un obbligo, va bene anche sugli abiti e si porta bene sia di giorno che di sera. I pantaloni aderenti in ecopelle, quasi dei leggings, visti su molti fashion blog, sono un articolo di cui mi sono lentamente innamorata, al punto di averne già presi diversi, questi sono molto belli, in questo caso li ho abbinati a deco a punta, ma li adoro anche con stivaletti. Una fan dell'animalier come la sottoscritta non poteva non notare quella shopping bag a stampa leopardata, versatile e spaziosa. Ci credo così tanto che sono riuscita a convincere persino mio marito che comprare significa risparmiare, voi che ne pensate ? Che avete preso o pensate di prendere in saldo, e quale tra questi total look Esprit preferite ?.

Marc by Marc Jacobs wool blanket cape

One of the hot trends of the season is, without any doubt, the blanket cape. Yes, for some unknown reason, going out all wrapped in a blanket is now possible without the fear of looking crazy, and it's mostly thanks to Burberry that launched the now famous Burberry cape, a thick wool and cashmere blanket in yellow, red and blue, possibly customized with the initals of the person wearing it. I couldn't miss the chance to experiment on my own skin (or should I say on my layers of wool) this warm and cozy trend, and I did it with my Marc by Marc Jacobs blanket coat that had been waiting to go out with me and appear on my fashion blog. This 100% wool grey maxi scarf with cream checks is really warm and could be easily worn on my mustard sweater and skinny jeans as a poncho. To keep it chic, I decided to wear my golden chain necklace from Vitti Ferria Contin, one of my favorite jewelry designers, and added a handmade Chanel inspired brooch from Theatrebijoux.

Uno dei trend più in voga per questa stagione è, senza ombra di dubbio, la mantella o cappa, molto simile ad una vera coperta. Ebbene sì, per qualche strano motivo, uscire avvolti in una copertaè ora possibile senza sembrare dei reduci da una qualche non specificata calamità naturale, ed è soprattutto grazie ai geni di Burberry che hanno lanciato la famosa mantella coperta del brand, in pesante lana e cashmere nei colori giallo, rosso e blu, possibilmente personalizzata con le iniziali di chi la indossa. Non potevo perdere l'occasione di sperimentare sulla mia pelle (o dovrei dire, sui miei strati di maglioni) questo trend caldissimo, e l'ho fatto indossando la mia cappa Marc by Marc Jacobs che attendeva da tempo di essere la protagonista sul mio fashion blog. Questa maxi sciarpa in pura lana, grigia con bordi a quadroni crema, è davvero calda e facilmente abbinabile al mio maglione color senape ed a jeans skinny come un semplice poncho. Per ulteriori tocchi chic, ho deciso di sfoggiare la collana a catena dorata di Vitti Ferria Contin, per la quale ho una predilezione in fatto di gioielli, ed ho aggiunto una spilla fatta a mano Chanel inspired di Theatrebijoux.

Walking in a blanket cape can be both a glamorous and a weird experience. The maxi scarf could easily move with your body movements and therefore, you are almost forced to fix it from time to time. On the other hand, with a wrap on my shoulders, I felt a bit like a Marvel superhero. My husband was a bit puzzled at first, then he called me Zorro, but he slowly got used to this new trend, and he is now waiting for the next, LOL. My Marc by Marc Jacobs cape is made with fine wool and is really warm, I love it, and in my case the initials you can see are MJ as Marc Jacobs, but I swear it belongs to me !. The golden necklace from Vitti Ferria Contin give a ladylike mood to the entire look, this is one of my favorite pieces in my growing jewelry collection; the brand e-shop has many interesting and beautiful pieces, have you seen yet ?. I completed the look with my Le Silla ankle boots featuring a small panther decor, that I showed you in a previous post, and my beloved Balenciaga City in rouge ambre. I am pretty satisfied with this "runaway baby" look, moreover the best thing about this blanket cape trend is that, when we'll be tired of wearing it as a wrap, we can use it to snuggle up on the couch when we watch tv or read a good book and give it a second life, don't you agree with me ?.

Camminare avvolti in una coperta è una esperienza glamorous ma anche un po' strana. La maxi sciarpa potrebbe facilmente scivolare a causa dei movimenti del corpo e, pertanto, si è obbligati ad aggiustarsela indosso di tanto in tanto. D'altro canto, con la cappa sulle spalle ammetto di essermi sentita un po' una super eroina Marvel. Mio marito era un po' disorientato all'inizio, poi mi ha affettuosamente chiamata Zorro, ma si è lentamente abituato a questo nuovo trend, ed ora trema al pensiero del prossimo, LOL. La mia mantella Marc by Marc Jacobs è in lana finissima ed è davvero calda, la amo, e nel mio caso le iniziali sono MJ come Marc Jacobs, ma giuro che la cappa appartiene a me !. La collana dorata Vitti Ferria Contin ha dato un tocco di femminilità chic a questo look, è uno dei miei pezzi preferiti della mia collezione di bijoux di qualità in continua crescita; a proposito, l'e-shopVitti Ferria Continè ricco di creazioni interessanti e bellissime, lo avete già visitato ?. Ho completato il look con i miei stivaletti in pelle e camoscio Le Silla con una piccola pantera laterale, che vi ho mostrato in un post precedente, e con la mia adorata borsa Balenciaga City nel colore rouge ambre. Sono soddisfatta del mio look da "scappata di casa", inoltre la cosa fantastica di questo trend della coperta è che, quando saremo stanche di indossarla come cappa, potremo sempre utilizzarla per accoccolarci sul divano quando guardiamo la tv o leggiamo un buon libro, vi pare poco ?.

As many of you already know, running a fashion blog as well as having a daytime work, hobbies or just studying is not always easy. The start of a new year - with one of my resolutions is trying to make life more simple with some little tricks - made me wish to have a functional agenda, suitable for my fashion blogger needs, also because usually I write notes on post-it papers that get easily lost. Chatting with my sweet and smart friend Alessandra, blogger at New York Can Wait, I told her I needed something simple to organize my thoughts and ideas, targeted for a blogger like me, with a simple and cute design. Alessandra liked my idea and admitted she needed one too, and since she is a very creative person, she started working straight away on what became the BLOG NOTES agenda I am glad to introduce to you today, a downloadable, printable and very pink organizer/agenda/diary/planner for bloggers, with parts dedicated to our post inspirations, collaborations, monthly recaps, wishlists, address book for pr and brands and everything you need to keep track of what is happening and can happen on your blog. We decided to create a diary for our personal use, and then thought about offering to you all for free, it is indeed possible to download it at the link you find at the end of the post, in the italian version for now, but an english version is coming soon (english speaking bloggers, would you like it ? Come molti di voi già sapranno, gestire un fashion blog avendo anche un lavoro, diversi hobbies o anche solo studiando non è sempre facile. An eco-leather mini skirt on my Fashion blog

Hey everybody, today we have a new outfit on my fashion blog, it's all about an eco-leather circle mini skirt worn with a cozy Liu Joturtleneck sweater. This look has an ethnic mood thanks to the metallic inserts of my sweater, the wool fedora hat and the beautiful Vitti Ferria Contin semi rigid bracelet. I decided to wear my Asos circle sunglasses and my elephant grey Givenchy Nightingale bag was the perfect companion, roomy and stylish. In the pics below you can also see my black egg shaped coat from Space Style Concept, with three quarter sleeves, one of my most versatile coats, the right completion of this look, very suitable for a stroll in the city !. 

Una minigonna in ecopelle sul mio Fashion blog

Ciao a tutti, oggi abbiamo un nuovo outfit sul mio fashion blog, incentrato su di una minigonna a ruota in ecopelle abbinata ad un caldo maglioncino a collo altoLiu Jo. Proprio il maglione dona un tocco etnico all'insieme, grazie alle decorazioni, insieme al cappello fedora in lana ed al bellissimo bracciale semi rigido Vitti Ferria Contin. Ho deciso di indossare occhiali da sole tondeggianti di Asos e la mia borsa Givenchy Nightingale in grigio è stata la perfetta compagna di avventure, spaziosa e stilosa. Nelle foto successive potete vedere anche il mio cappottino nero a uovo di Space Style Concept, con maniche a tre quarti, uno dei miei cappotti più versatili, giusto completamento di questo look adatto ad un giro in città !.

A cozy and warm turtleneck ribbed knit sweater

Leather like bottoms and wool sweaters are a stylish mix seen on many fellow fashion bloggers. The faux leather skirt is one of those pieces of clothing that can still be found on sale and is gonna be hot also for Spring. I personally love it, I already had a faux leather midi skirt, and I needed a shorter one. I wore it with sheer tights and my suede and leather black Gaia d'Este boots. Touches of color came from my Liu Jo ribbed knit turtleneck sweater, in black and burgundy, and from my Ecua-Andino wool hat that you saw in several posts, including this one. I betrayed my usual red lip and went for a mid-tone cool plum lipstick this time, it's MAC mineralize Splurge lipstick. A touch of modern chic came from my Givenchy Nightingale bag in a sort of neutral grey, and from my beautiful Vitti Ferria Contin bracelet, a true piece of art just like everything from this talented designer. That's all for today, I am preparing for a weekend of heavy rain, so the weather forecast said...I am not happy about it, but when life throws you lemon, make lemonade, so I am gonna relax on the couch watching my favorite tv series for a long time ! What do you plan to do instead ?.

Un caldissimo maglione a costine a collo alto

La pelle abbinata alla lanaè un mix stiloso visto indosso a molti fashion blogger. La gonna in ecopelleè uno di quei capi che possono essere trovati anche in saldo e serviranno anche in Primavera. Io la adoro, ne avevo già una di lunghezza midi ed avevo proprio voglia di una gonna corta. L'ho indossata con calze velate ed i miei stivali in camoscio e pelle Gaia d'Este. Un look con molto nero ma con importanti tocchi di colore, dati dal bordeaux di parte del maglione a costine a collo alto Liu Jo, dal cappello in lana Ecua-Andino, che avete visto in diversi post, incluso questo. Ho scelto, per questa volta, di tradire il rossetto rosso in favore di un prugna freddo di media intensità, è MAC mineralize nel colore Splurge. Un tocco di modernità chic è stato dato dalla borsa Nightingale Givenchy in un grigio piuttosto neutro, e dal mio bellissimo bracciale Vitti Ferria Contin, un vero pezzo di arte come, del resto, tutte le creazioni di questa bravissima designer, ecco il link all'e-shop. E' tutto per oggi, le previsioni annunciano un weekend di pioggia intensa di cui non sono felice, ma quando la vita ti tira i limoni, è meglio farci una limonata, pertanto mi rilasserò sul divano con le mie serie tv in lingua originale preferite per parecchio ! Fashion blogger style: Max Mara camel coat

One of the most iconic pieces in a winter wardrobe, seen on many fashion blogs, that I consider one of the best stylish investments we can do, is a camel coat. I have always known the kind of coat I wanted: it had to be a high quality piece, made with luxurious and warm fabric, long enough and it had to be a camel belted coat, for defined waist and a flattering feminine figure. I was sure I would find mine at Max Mara: the brand is famous for the high quality and for the modern and timeless design of its coats, and as soon as I tried on this Max Mara Studio Tortona coat, in wool, silk and angora, in a warm shade of camel, I was in love. Perfect both with casual chic looks like that one I am showing you today and with more formal and elegant looks, this double breasted camel coat is one of those must have pieces that make you think after all winter isn't that bad !.

Uno dei capi più iconici del guardaroba invernale, visto su molti fashion blog, che considero uno degli investimenti migliori in fatto di stile che si possano fare, è un cappotto cammello. Sapevo bene il tipo di cappotto che desideravo: doveva essere di qualità, in tessuto morbido e caldo, lungo abbastanza e doveva essere un cappotto cammello con la cintura, per esaltare il punto vita e le forme femminili. Ero sicura che lo avrei trovato da Max Mara: il brand è famoso per la qualità e per il design sia moderno che senza tempo dei suoi cappotti, ed appena ho provato questo cappotto della linea Studio, modello Tortona, in lana, seta ed angora ed in una calda tonalità cammello, me ne sono innamorata. Perfetto sia con look casual chic, come questo che vi mostro oggi, che con outfit più formali ed eleganti, questo cappotto cammello doppio pettoè uno di quei capispalla must have che ti fanno pensare che dopotutto l'inverno non sia poi così male !.

Belted camel coat and Chanel 2.55 classic flap bag

This time I decided to wear my iconic Max Mara camel coat with another classic timeless piece, my black Chanel 2.55 classic flap, that truly goes well with anything, and to unleash the fashion blogger in me by adding some not so casually styled...casual touches !. Indeed, underneath my coat, I was wearing Zara distressed boyfriend jeans and a cobalt blue sweater I bought at & Other Stories. At my neck, a lovely Sodini necklace with colorful stones, from this Fall-Winter collection. The neutral shade of the coat gives you a lot of freedom when it comes to using colors; obviously, you could easily win going all black but it's really fun to play with colors, and in this case royal blue was the color of choice, either for my sweater and for my Oakley sunglasses. Bright red on my nails and on my lips, with a MAC nail polish, Queen's Hnour, and Guerlain Rouge Parade lipstick. At my feet, a pair of ankle boots from Roberto Botticelli, with high but comfortable heel. Both worn wrapped with a belt and boldly left open, this coat is a statement outerwear piece I am really happy to have in my closet. Do you own, or do you plan to buy yourself a camel coat ?.

Cappotto cammello con cintura e borsa Chanel 2.55 classic flap

Questa volta ho deciso di indossare il mio iconico cappotto color cammello Max Mara insieme ad un altro pezzo classico e senza tempo, la borsaChanel 2.55 classic flap in nero, che sta bene davvero con tutto, e di sguinzagliare la fashion blogger che è in me aggiungendo dei tocchi casual...poco casuali !. Infatti, sotto al cappotto, portavo dei jeans boyfriend un po' strappati di Zara ed un maglione a quadri color cobalto preso da & Other Stories. Al collo, una adorabile collana Sodinicon pietre colorate, dalla collezione Autunno-Inverno. La tonalità neutra del cappotto regala molta libertà quando si trata di usare i colori; ovviamente, si potrebbe "vincere facile" abbinandolo al nero, ma giocare con i colori mi diverte sempre un sacco, allora ecco che il blu elettrico è stato il colore prescelto, sia per la maglia che per gli occhiali da sole Oakley. Rosso brillante sulle unghie e sulle labbra, grazie ad uno smalto MAC, Queen's Honour, ed al rossetto Guerlain Rouge Parade. Ai piedi, un paio di ankle boots Roberto Botticelli, dal tacco alto ma comodi. Sia indossato stretto in vita dalla cintura che lasciato aperto con disinvoltura, questo cappotto è un capospalla esclusivo che sono davvero felice di avere nell'armadio. Voi avete già, o pensate di comprarvi un cappotto cammello ?.

My fashion obsession: coats galore !

This, more than a post, is a cry for help. I know we have to look for Spring clothes, but this isn't only because I am a fashion blogger, I have always had a true obsession for coats, and I can't stop buying them. Black and oversized, but also colorful coats, printed coats, furry coats, my tastes in outerwear are pretty easy, there is hardly a model of coat I would not wear !. You have seen my latest purchase, a camel coat, in my previous post, but in these intense, four years of blogging (yesterday was my fashion blog's birthday, by the way) I have had the chance to post a few, and I thought about having a little recap of my coats collection, secretly hoping I would feel satisfied, instead I have a couple of coats on my mind that I would like to buy, LOL !.

La mia ossessione moda: cappotti a volontà !

Questo più che un post è un grido d'aiuto. So che è iniziata la caccia agli abiti primaverili, ma non è dovuto al fatto che sia una fashion blogger, ho da sempre il pallino dei cappotti, e non riesco a smettere di acquistarli. Cappotti neri ed oversize, ma anche coloratissimi, stampati, pelosi, i miei gusti in fatto di cappotti sono vari, difficilmente c'è un modello di cappotto che non indosserei !. Avete visto da poco il mio ultimo acquisto, un cappotto color cammello, ma in questi intensi 4 anni di blogging (a proposito, ieri è stato il blogcompleanno di questo fashion blog) ho avuto modo di postarne diversi, ed ho pensato di fare un piccolo recap della mia collezione di cappotti, sperando segretamente di usarlo per sentirmi appagata ed uscire dal tunnel, perché ho ancora un paio di capispalla in mente che vorrei comprare, LOL !. 

The best winter coats: Black, Colorful coats or Printed coats

I think everyone should own at least one black coat, one neutral color coat and one in a favorite print (it could be checked, pied de poule, animalier print or other). I must confess I am a lover of leopard printed coats, and I have quite a few leopard outerwear jackets, including a leopard Zara coat that many people like, since I keep getting e-mails from girls wanting to buy it from me !. The shape of a coat is also an important element to consider. I personally love long, belted coats or egg shaped oversized coats the most, and I prefer my coats to have a high percentage of wool, I love them warm. My most treasured coats are my black Balenciaga coat, present from hubby, and at the moment I am head over heels over my new Max Mara camel coat. Some fashion bloggers are really good at finding vintage or thrifted coats for a cheap price, I really enjoy their outfits sporting them !. I hate the rain we've been having in these days that forced me to wear my hooded parka to protect my hair from humidity, I like it but a coat is so much more glamorous and can add a special touch to any outfit, that's why I am convinced I have never enough of them !. What do you think ? Are you also a coataholic ?.

I migliori cappotti invernali: neri, colorati o stampati

Credo che tutti dovrebbero possedere almeno un cappotto nero ed uno in una tonalità neutra, oltre ad un cappotto nella propria stampa preferita (potrebbe essere a quadri, pied de poule o stampa animalier, ad esempio). Confesso di essere un'amante dei cappotti leopardati, ne ho infatti diversi, incluso uno di Zara che è piaciuto a molti, perché continuo a ricevere e-mail da persone che vorrebbero acquistarlo da me !. Il taglio del cappotto è un elemento importante da considerare. Personalmente, ho un debole sia per i cappotti con cintura in vita che per quelli a uovo, oversized, inoltre preferisco quelli con un'alta percentuale di lana, che siano anche caldi. I miei cappotti preferiti sono il mio Balenciaga nero, regalo di mio marito, ed al momento sono troppo innamorata del mio nuovo cappotto cammello Max Mara. Alcune fashion blogger sono davvero brave nello scovare cappotti vintage di alta qualità, capi davvero speciali ad un prezzo conveniente, mi piacciono molto outfit del genere !. Non sopporto la pioggia intensa di questi giorni che mi ha costretta a portare il parka munito di cappuccio per proteggere i capelli dall'umidità, il cappotto è un capo molto più glam che riesce a dare un tocco speciale a qualsiasi outfit, e proprio per questo non se ne hanno mai abbastanza !. Che ne pensate, siete anche voi nel tunnel dei cappottodipendenti ?.

Chanel style look for a cold winter day

Days of the blackbird do matter in our fashion blog world ! The last three days of January, known here as the days of the blackbird, are supposed to be the coldest winter days in Italy, and it's true. It is very windy and pretty cold in my region, and as I already told you, I am a cold suffering fashion blogger. Today's outfit is not only wind-proof, it's also black and white, featuring one of the trendiest piece of clothing, leather pants. These ones are actually in eco-leather and are from Zara new collection. I paired them with a striped turtleneck Max Mara sweater, and I added my Chanel bag and my buckled ankle boots, comfy for a day spent outside. A Pinko blazer with leather inserts and a Chanel inspired long necklace completed a look that was slightly inspired by the style of Mademoiselle Coco, in a modern way.

Look stile Chanel per il freddo

I giorni della merla si fanno sentire anche nel mondo dei fashion blog ! Gli ultimi tre giorni del mese di gennaio, conosciuti appunto come giorni della merla, sarebbero, tradizionalmente, i più freddi dell'inverno quì in Italia, ed è vero. Infatti, da me c'è un vento gelido e, come vi ho già detto in passato, non ne sono felice perché sono una fashion blogger che soffre il freddo. L'outfit che vi mostro oggi non è solo a prova di vento, è in bianco e nero, con uno dei capi più trendy, i pantaloni in pelle. Questi sono, a dirla tutta, in ecopelle, direttamente dalla nuova collezioneZara. Li ho abbinati ad un maglione a collo alto in lana a righe di Max Mara, aggiungendo la borsa Chanele stivaletti con fibbie, comodi per una giornata trascorsa fuori. Un blazer Pinko con inserti in pelle ed una maxi collana di ispirazione Chanel hanno completato un look vagamente ispirato allo stile di Mademoiselle Coco, in chiave moderna.

Faux leather pants and a Chanel style maxi necklace

Faux leather pants are truly a must have that usually doesn't cost that much and I suggest you to keep in your wardrobe. In comparison to real leather pants, that tend to get larger after wearing them, these ones keep the shape up, and if you suffer from the cold, you can always wear tights under them, just like I confess I did. Black and white is always a classy match and even a colors lover like me knows it ! Just like the black&white combo, also stripes are a huge timeless classic, and I am the proud owner of a few striped sweaters, either light or cozy like this turtleneck one. The super cute necklace is a purchase I made in a little shop during my short holidays break for the New Year and it's ispired to Chanel, with the camelia, the flower that is a symbol of the Maison, and with the chain and the pendant shaped as a dress. Red lipstick and nail polish, as well as my cat eye mirror sunglasses from DSquared2, completed this simple look that sees me in black and white like one of those old classic Hollywood movies I love so much, waiting for days of the blackbird to go away, the weather to get better and to go back to my beloved Technicolor !.

I pantaloni in ecopelle sono davvero un capo irrinunciabile che non costa neanche tanto e vi suggerisco, se non lo abbiate già fatto, di introdurne un paio nel vostro guardaroba. Al contrario dei pantaloni in vera pelle, che tendono a sformarsi con il calore del corpo, questi tengono anche la forma, e se soffrite il freddo potete sempre indossarli sui collant, come vi confesso di avere fatto io. L'abbinamento bianco-neroè sempre di classe, ed anche un'amante dei colori come me lo sa bene !. Proprio come il black&white, anche le righe sono intramontabili, ed io possiedo diverse maglie a righe, sia leggere che calde come questa a collo alto. La collana è un acquisto fatto durante le vacanze di fine anno e riprende lo stile Chanel sia con la camelia, fiore simbolo della Maison, che con la catena e l'abito-ciondolo. Rossetto e smalto rigorosamente rossi, insieme ad occhiali da sole cat eye a specchio di DSquared2, hanno completato questo semplice look
che mi vede in bianco e nero come uno dei vecchi film di Hollywood che adoro, in attesa che passino i giorni della merla, faccia meno freddo e ritorni il mio adorato Techincolor !.
