Hey everyone ! A long weekend is waiting for us and I am so happy about it, I need it !. I am not going anywhere in particular this time, but I am just happy to be able to take things a bit slowly, enjoying little things ! Let's celebrate the weekend traveling only...in time, with a vintage 50s style outfit, thanks to this lace midi dress with red strips I found on Chicwish, my little red "Bonjour" crossbody bag and one of my favorite necklaces for Spring/Summer 2014 from Sodini bijoux.

Ciao a tutti ! Ci aspetta un weekend lungo e ne sono molto felice, ne avevo bisogno !. Non andrò in nessun posto in particolare questa volta, ma sono già soddisfatta di poter rallentare con i ritmi, godendomi le piccole cose ! Celebriamo il weekend viaggiando solo...nel tempo, con un outfit un po' stile vintage anni 50, grazie a questo abitino in pizzo menta a lunghezza midi, con inserti in rosso, trovato su Chicwish, la mia tracollina rossa "Bonjour" ed una delle mie collane preferite della collezione Primavera/Estate 2014 Sodini bijoux.

With this vintage style mint dress, it was love at first sight: the cut, the lenght, the delicate lace, the color, I like so many things about it ! I thought it would be perfect with a pair of pumps but also with rafia wedges for warmer days. It's too cute, isn't it ?. I also like the red strips and I matched a cute little bag I bought at Zara (I also have it in black, you saw it here, I often buy multiples when I cannot decide myself, LOL). You can see the bag better in the pic below, together with some arm candy, including my yellow Millelire bracelet.

Con questo abitino stile vintage color menta è stato amore a prima vista: il taglio, la lunghezza, il pizzo delicato, il colore, mi sono subito piaciute tante cose ! Ho pensato che sarebbe stato perfetto con un paio di deco ma anche con delle zeppe in rafia, per le giornate più calde. E' troppo carino, vero ?. Mi piacciono i dettagli in rosso e proprio rossa è la mini borsa comprata da Zara (che ho anche in nero, l'avete già vista quì, spesso quando non so decidermi compro un capo simile in più colori :-P). Potete vedere meglio la borsa nella foto sotto, insieme ai miei bracciali, tra cui spicca il bracciale giallo Millelire.

My Soltair pumps from Jeffrey Campbell with their floral print, pointed toe and ankle strap were a perfect match to such a feminine, romantic look. I love them and although they come from the same designer of Litas, these shoes are very feminine and not too high. I admit I have nothing against Litas', even with their "Frankenstein" shape cause I have a few pair in my closet, including a floral one...but you know I am always intrigued by new trends and I am not afraid to experiment, don't you ?.

Surely, lately I find myself looking for shoes with stiletto heels, and I am starting to be a bit bored of plateau pumps, after all trends come and trends go !.

Le mie pumps modello Soltair Jeffrey Campbell, con la loro stampa floreale, forma a punta e cinturino alla caviglia sono state un abbinamento perfetto per un look così femminile e romantico. Le adoro e sebbene provengano dallo stesso designer delle famose Lita, queste sono molto femminili e non troppo alte. Ammetto di non avere nulla contro le Lita, pur con la loro forma "da Frankenstein", perché ne ho diverse paia nella scarpiera, incluse quelle a fiori...ma sapete già che solitamente le nuove mode mi intrigano e che non ho paura di sperimentare, giusto ?.

Sicuramente, vi confesso che ultimamente mi sto concentrando su acquisti di scarpe con tacchi a spillo e sono un po' stanca dei plateau, dopotutto le mode vanno e vengono !.

This green collier necklace with a flower has the perfect lenght to go with this dress and adds glamour to the look without being too much ! I love it, just like I love so many Sodini pieces. Accessories always make the difference, just like my pink cat eye Stella McCartney sunglasses. 

What a holiday 50s mood, stronger thanks to these little details ! It doesn't matter that I haven't been to the beach yet and I am as pale as a ghost, right ? Holidays start from our mind, and I wish everyone a relaxing and fun weekend ! ;).

Il mood vacanziero anni '50 si accentua con questi dettagli...poco importa se non sono ancora andata al mare e sono bianca come un fantasma, giusto ? Le vacanze iniziano dal nostro status mentale, ed io auguro a tutti voi un weekend rilassante e divertente ! ;)

Hello and Happy Italian Republic Day ! June is here already and it's time to recap the outfits from the past month. May has been one of my favorite months so far when it comes to outfits. 

Let's see the looks, there's a majority of skirts and dresses this time, a sign that warm weather started kicking in, even tho the air was still sort of fresh, and this allowed me to keep sporting leather jackets and blazers.

The thing I liked the least about May was the rain, it's been raining almost every single day and I got so annoyed by that ! Hopefully June will be good to us (at least, I hope !). So, what are your favorite outfits ? I am so curious to know it, and in the meantime I confess you that mine are # 5, 7, 9 and 10, and if I had to pick one it would be # 7 with that wonderful tulle skirt !.

Ciao a tutti e buona Festa della Repubblica Italiana ! Giugno è già arrivato da un po' ed è quindi il momento di riepilogare gli outfit del mese passato. I look di Maggio sono tra i miei preferiti, in paragone a vari mesi. Vediamoli, c'è una maggioranza di gonne ed abiti, segno che finalmente il caldo sta iniziando, sebbene solo marginalmente, perché l'aria ancora relativamente fresca mi ha permesso di sfoggiare giacche in pelle e blazer. La cosa che mi è piaciuta meno di Maggio è stata la costante pioggia, ha piovuto quasi ogni giorno, il che mi ha dato molto fastidio ! Speriamo che Giugno sia più clemente con noi !. Allora, quali sono i vostri outfit preferiti ? Sono curiosissima di saperlo, intanto vi confesso che i miei sono i numeri 5, 7, 9 e 10, ma se dovessi sceglierne solo uno andrei per il numero 7, con quella splendida gonna in tulle !.

Usually I am a pretty shy person and, therefore, also a shy blogger, even tho I am pretty proud of my blog. If I think about it, I could share my blog with people I meet everyday, but I rarely do it. 
Well, I found a way to make up with my lack of self promotion thanks to Hicustom, a lovely website that allows us to creat customized t-shirts, phone cases and mugs. 

I was asked to try this service so I quickly registered on the website and thanks to a super easy Design Lab, I started customizing my t-shirt of choice and I decided to create a custom tee for my blog. I went for a classic white t-shirt, in a size larger than usual (I ordered a Medium size) because I wanted a boyfriend tee to wear with leggings (because they are not pants ! LOL). I thought about uploading the image file with the header of Fashion and Cookies, and since I am always a bit shy, I left the url for the back of the tee...! ;)

Solitamente sono una persona abbastanza timida e, di conseguenza, anche una blogger timida, nonostante io sia orgogliosa del mio blog. Se mi soffermo a pensarci, potrei parlare del mio blog con le persone che incontro nella vita di tutti i giorni, ma lo faccio solamente di rado. Beh, ho trovato un modo per compensare la mia mancanza di auto promozione grazie a Hicustom, un adorabile sito web che permette di creare t-shirt, cover per telefoni e persino tazze personalizzate.
Mi è stato chiesto di testare il servizio offerto da Hicustom, così mi ci sono velocemente registrata e grazie al facilissimo Design Lab ho iniziato a personalizzare una t-shirt da me scelta, scegliendo proprio il mio blog come protagonista. Ho optato per la classica t-shirt bianca, di una taglia più grande del normale per me (ho preso una Medium), perchè volevo una tee modello boyfriend che stesse bene con i leggings (che, è sempre bene ricordarlo, NON sono pantaloni !). Ho deciso di caricare il file con l'header di Fashion and Cookies, e dato che sono ancora un po' timida, ho lasciato l'url del blog sul retro della t-shirt...;)

5 tricks to beat cellulite, featuring naturalclinic

Swimsuit season is here and just like every year, many of us do panic. What are we gonna do to have a better looking bikini body ? Cellulite is a problem for most of women, indeed both curvy and extremely thin women share this not good looking condition.

I do believe in fighting cellulite with a few tricks that work. My personal 5 tricks are: 

1) physical exercise (I go to the gym and also try to walk as much as I can, including trying to avoid the elevator and use the stairs);

2) eating more healthy (more vegetale and simple food, but I have to confess I cannot resist fries and junk food from time to time !);

3) drink more water (even tho I am not thirsty !);

4) never ever renounce to a good anti-cellulite cream. 

I have been using so many creams to fight this condition since my teenage years that I can say I am an expert, a sort of black belt of anticellulite products, LOL. My latest addiction is this VERY natural cream from the italian brand naturalclinic called Dermoactive, a well concentrated formula of active ingredients and vegetal extracts, that I've been massaging on the lower part of my body for a few weeks. My first impressions ? It works !.

La prova costume è vicinissima ormai e, come ogni anno, molte di noi sono nel panico. Cosa dobbiamo fare per avere un corpo dall'aspetto gradevole ? La cellulite è un inestetismo che sia le donne curvy che magrissime hanno in comune, e non è una cosa bella da vedere.

I miei 5 trucchi preferiti per combattere la cellulite sono:
1) fare esercizio fisico (vado in palestra e cerco di camminare il più possibile, inclusa la mia scelta di evitare l'ascensore ed usare le scale);
2) mangiare in modo sano (più verdure e cibi integrali, sebbene confesso di non resistere, ogni tanto, alle patatine ed al junk food !);
3) bere più acqua (anche se spesso non ho sete);
4) non rinunciare mai ad una buona crema anticellulite.
In proposito, ho provato, ad oggi, così tante creme per tenere sotto controllo questa condizione, fino dagli anni dell'adolescenza, che posso dirmi abbastanza esperta, una sorta di cintura nera dell'anticellulite, LOL...La mia ultima fissazione è la crema MOLTO naturale Dermoactive, di un brand italiano, naturalclinic, una formula concentrata di ingredienti attivi ed estratti vegetali che ho iniziato a massaggiare una volta al giorno sulla parte inferiore del corpo da qualche settimana. Le mie prime impressioni ? Funziona !.

Dermoactive contains vitamine E, vitamine C, caffeine, wheat germ oil, ginkgo biloba, ivy, juniper , mint, it does not stain and it's easily absorbed. It needs to be applied massaging with circular moves. I love how it's not oily at all and leaves my skin more firm and smooth. I think it's a great produt both to fight cellulite and for preventing its return (the enemy is always with us !). I am definately going to keep up with this treatment because I have found a powerful ally in this cream, for draining fluids especially in my tighs area, and I am happy about it ! My skin looks more toned and hydrated and my critical points appear slimmer already.

I also received two samples of the Dermoactive cellulite serum, from the same anti-cellulite line. If combined with Dermoactive cream, results are even more evident ! It needs to be applied before the cream and just like all the products from naturalclinic, it's not tested on the animals and it does not contain "bad" ingredients such as silicons, paraffin, propilene glicole, mineral and animal oils.

Dermoactive contiene vitamina E, vitamina C, caffeina, olio di germe di grano arnica, ginkgo biloba, ginepro e menta piperita. La crema non macchia ed è di facile assorbimento. Si applica con massaggio circolare e adoro il fatto che non sia affatto unta e che lasci la mia pelle più liscia e dall'aspetto tonico. La trovo un ottimo prodotto sia per combattere la cellulite che per prevenirne la comparsa o la ricomparsa (il nemico è sempre in agguato !). Sicuramente continuerò il trattamento perché ho trovato un potente alleato in questa crema, trovo che dreni i fluidi specialmente nella mia area più critica, quella delle cosce, e ne sono felice ! La mia pelle ha un aspetto più tonico ed idratato e le mie zone critiche appaiono già in riduzione.

Ho ricevuto anche due campioncini del Serum Cellulite Dermoactive, che, se combinato con la crema, ovvero applicato immediatamente prima, rende il trattamento ancora più potente ! Proprio come gli altri prodotti naturalclinic, anche il siero non è testato sugli animali e non contiene ingredienti "cattivi" quali siliconi, paraffina, propilene glicole, oli minerali ed animali.

I personally love to have my own beauty spa at home and dedicating a few minutes to a massage is an act of love towards myself that makes me feel good.

Now, the more attentive readers must have noticed I didn't share the fifth rule to fight cellulite, yet...well, here it is: 5) sleep well, the body needs rest and a reasonable amount of hours spent sleeping. I must confess this is the rule I can't bring myself to follow, in fact it's past midnight here and I am here blogging...but I can always make up with a double dose of anticellulite cream ! ;)

Personalmente adoro avere la mia beauty spa personale a casa e dedicare pochi minuti ad un automassaggio è un atto di amore verso me stessa che mi fa sentire bene.

Le creme anticellulite funzionano davvero se applicate con regolarità ed abbinate ad uno stile di vita salutare, specialmente se contengono ingredienti naturali e di qualità come questa, dopo un po' di tempo potete sentire la differenza al tatto e vederla con i vostri occhi !. Ora, i lettori più attenti si saranno resi conto che non ho ancora condiviso la quinta regola per combattere la cellulite...eccola: 5) dormire bene, il corpo ha bisogno del giusto ammontare di ore di sonno, e quì vi confesso che si tratta della regola che seguo di meno, la prova è che è passata la mezzanotte e sono quì a scrivere questo post...ma posso sempre compensare con una doppia dose di crema anticellulite ! ;)

Lately I've been feeling blue, more than ever. No, I don't mean I've been feeling sad, it's just that I've been obsessing over the blue color, especially when it's a cobalt blue shade like the one of this beautiful Blackfive dress !. 

This time I want to show you a pretty monochrome look, with blue dress, sandals, blazer and even shades, leaving a touch of red color on my clutch bag. Really, I can say that being blue makes me feel happy...I know, I am a bit complicated ! ;)

Ultimamente mi sento "blue", più del solito. No, non intendo dire che mi sento triste, semplicemente ho sviluppato una ossessione per il colore blu, specialmente se nella sua forma più strong, ovvero blu cobalto, come il colore di questo bellissimo abito Blackfive !.

Vi presento un look decisamente monocromatico, infatti sono blu l'abito, i sandali, il blazer e persino le lenti dei miei occhiali da sole, con l'unica eccezione data dal rosso della clutch. In realtà, nessun colore mi rende felice come il blu...lo so, sono un po' complicata ! ;)

This dress, ordered from Blackfive, the lovely shop I already told you about, that has so many beautiful clothes at affordable prices and - something very rare - an extremely fast shipping, is really gorgeous. I fell in love with its color and the bodycon cut makes it so feminine. I love the fact it is slim but not too short, so it keeps being classy. Also, the fabric is quite thick and elastic so the dress stays in shape easily. The details on the shoulders are very original. I am usual an XS/S, but I got an XXS, since on Blackfive the sizes for this dress were XXS, XS and S. The S fits like a medium/large, this one was really perfect !. If you need advice on Blackfive sizes, I am here for you in any case ;)

Questo abito, ordinato su Blackfive, l'adorabile webshop di cui vi avevo già parlato, che ha molti bei capi di abbigliamento a prezzi super accessibili e - fatto rarissimo - una estrema velocità nella consegna, è davvero bellissimo. Mi sono innamorata del colore ed il taglio aderente lo rende iper femminile. Adoro il fatto che sia aderente ma non troppo corto, riuscendo a risultare di classe. Inoltre, la stoffa è pittusto spessa ed elastica, così l'abito mantiene la forma facilmente. I dettagli sulle spalle sono molto originali. Solitamente sono una XS/S, ma in questo caso ho ordinato una XXS, dato che su Blackfive le misure per questo abito erano XXS, S ed S. La S, in questo caso, era una medium/large, per cui la scelta si è rivelata perfetta !. Se avete bisogno di consigli sulle taglie quando ordinate su Blackfive sono a disposizione ;)

A dress like this one, with bodycon cut, can be easily matched to a blazer, and become a perfect choice even for an office meeting. I decided to go monochrome with this Zara blazer I had from last year. If you don't have a blue blazer yet, I suggest you to get one, it's a staple in my wardrobe and I've been wearing it a lot. It can dress up a pair of skinny jeans or turn a boho maxi skirt in a chic piece, there are many ways to style it !.

Un abito simile, dal taglio aderente e slim, può facilmente essere abbinato ad un blazer e diventare perfetto persino per un incontro di lavoro. Ho deciso di restare sul monocromatico con questo blazer Zara che avevo dall'anno scorso. Se non avete già un blazer blu, vi suggerisco di procurarvene uno, per me è uno dei punti fermi del guardaroba, lo indosso spesso. Un blazer blu può rendere meno casual un paio di jeans skinny e meno boho una maxi gonna, ci sono infiniti modi di abbinarlo !.

Usually I am a big Zara fan, but I mostly buy clothes there, because I am lucky enough to live in a place where there are plenty of beautiful, Made in Italy shoes. Moreover, I am always a bit afraid to hurt my feet with shoes that are not comfortable enough, but these ones, in blue suede, really caught my attention and I have to say they are also very comfy and not just beautiful !. I am really satisfied with my purchase.

Di solito sono una grande fan Zara, ma più per quanto riguarda l'abbigliamento, ho la fortuna di vivere in un posto in cui ci sono tante bellissime calzature Made in Italy, prodotte con pellami di qualità. Con le scarpe sono sempre un po' fissata, ma ho preso queste, in camoscio blu, perché hanno attirato la mia attenzione e devo dirmi soddisfatta dell'acquisto, sono anche comode oltre che belle !.

Hey, how are you all ? How did your weekend go ? Mine was pretty good, I went to the beach, finally. It is time to show you a new outfit, and these pics were taken some time ago in beautiful Nerano, in Sorrento coast, when the weather was still sort of crazy. I was so eager to wear a new flower print t-shirt, but it had been raining a lot and I opted for a colorful casual outfit featuring a leather biker jacket and my beloved Ruco Line ariel boots, mixed with touches of fuchsia, one of my favorite colors ever, thanks to my hat, Sodini bijoux necklace and Marc by Marc Jacobs bag. 

I spent a wonderful time, anyway, and I wanna keep that mood on my mind, hoping to pass it on to you, too !.

Ciao a tutti, come state ? Come è andato il vostro weekend ? Il mio è andato bene, sono stata al mare, finalmente. E' tempo di mostrarvi un nuovo outfit, con delle foto scattate qualche tempo addietro nella bellissima Nerano, sulla costiera Sorrentina, quando il meteo era ancora molto ballerino. Quel giorno ero ansiosa di sfoggiare una coloratissima t-shirt a fiori, ma aveva piovuto un sacco e non faceva tanto caldo, per cui avevo sperimentato questo look con giacca in pelle ed i miei adorati stivaletti Ruco Line modello Ariel, il tutto "condito" con sprazzi di fucsia, uno dei miei colori preferiti in assoluto, grazie al cappello, alla collana Sodini bijoux ed alla borsa Marc by Marc Jacobs. Mi sono divertita molto in quei giorni e voglio mantenere quel mood, sperando di trasmetterne un po' anche a voi con queste foto !.

Regular readers of this blog will know how much I love colors and how much I have fun playing with them, so I couldn't help falling in love with this t-shirt "amazing" (this is what is written on the back of the tee) from Shopart. I've been wearing it a lot lately and received many compliments about it. It was nice to sport it under my biker jacket.

The hat was a purchase I made at Rosé a Pois showroom, I needed a hat in this color, it's perfect for Spring and Summer !.

I lettori regolari di questo blog sapranno quanto io ami i colori e mi diverta a giocarci, è stato pertanto naturale innamorarsi di questa t-shirt Shopart, "amazing" (è la scritta che si trova sul retro della tee !). Ultimamente l'ho indossata spesso e ho ricevuto parecchi complimenti in merito. Trovo stia molto bene anche sotto la giacca in pelle.

Il cappello è un acquisto fatto allo showroom Rosé a Pois, avevo bisogno di un cappello di questo colore, è perfetto per la Primavera/Estate !.

My Ariel Boots from Ruco Line are from their Spring/Summer 2014 collection. In light leather, they are my perfect alternative to biker boots, comfortable and trendy. I love them and especially when I travel somewhere I make sure I bring them with me !. 

I went for the black color but they are also produced in sand and nut colors, also beautiful. An extra tip: they're on sale on Ruco Line shop at the moment, in fact I am thinking about getting another pair in another color !.

I miei boots Ariel Ruco Line sono della collezione Primavera/Estate 2014. In pelle leggera, sono la mia alternativa perfetta ai biker boots, comodi e trendi. Li adoro e, specialmente in caso di viaggio, faccio sempre in modo di portarli con me !.

My Marc by Marc Jacobs Little Ukita bag is one of the bags you prefer, it seems from your comments to my posts. The bright pink color and the shape makes it perfect for a lazy, fun weekend. I love going to these places, and can't wait to go back, knowing next time I will be able to sport my tee without needing a jacket, because summer is near and many beautiful days wait for us ahead ;).

Have you planned your summer holidays yet ? I haven't, but hopefully soon I will be able to do it, I need to think about my holidays to resist at work when it's really hot ! ;)

This time I am starting this new post with a question: do you like comics ? I sure do, and I am also a Marvel fan, maybe that's also why the comics print trend had me at hello !. I've been fascinated by such prints, inspired by the comics world, for a long time, and when I saw this lovely Love Moschino dress, from this year 2014 Spring/Summer collection, I had to make it mine. 

I wanna show it to you also with a cobalt blue biker jacket. Both are sold on Zalando, one of my favorite webshops, both for the goods sold and for the bargains I can have thanks to discounts and coupons on Magicosconto !.

Questa volta inizio un nuovo post facendovi una domanda: vi piacciono i fumetti ? A me tanto, ed in particolare sono una fan Marvel, forse anche per questo la moda delle stampe stile fumetti mi ha colpita fino dall'inizio ! Ho subito il fascino pop di queste stampe ispirate al mondo dei fumetti per tanto tempo, e quando ho visto questo adorabile abito Love Moschino, della collezione di quest'anno, Primavera/Estate 2014, ho dovuto farlo mio. 

Ve lo mostro, abbinato in alcune foto ad un giubbotto biker blu cobalto. Entrambi sono venduti su Zalando. Io ci compro spesso, e per rendere i miei acquisti ancora più convenienti controllo sempre prima la pagina Magisconto Zalando, che riserva sempre delle gradite sorprese sottoforma di sconti ed offerte, una vera manna per noi shopping addicted !.

I truly love this dress: the colorful, fun print inspired to comics, the fabric, light and perfect for summer...the cut, very 50s style, with a full bottom part, a slim upper parte with cute winged sleeves, the small pins attached, it's truly perfect !. Even the lenght is great, just a bit above my knees - making it really comfortable and versatile.

I matched this cute and feminine dress to my Loriblu heels that have white, black and yellow colors and not too high stiletto heels, but I know it could be fun also with wedges and even with my Chucks !.

Adoro questo abito: la stampa colorata e divertente ispirata ai fumetti, il tessuto in cotone, leggero e perfetto per l'estate...il taglio, molto anni '50, con la parte inferiore a ruota, il busto aderente e le maniche ad aletta, le spilline incluse, è tutto perfetto ! Persino la lunghezza - si ferma un po' sopra il ginocchio - lo rende comodo e versatile.

Ho abbinato questo abito grazioso ed iper femminile alle mie deco Loriblu che hanno i colori bianco, nero e giallo ed un tacco a spillo non altissimo, ma starebbe bene anche delle zeppe e persino con un paio di Converse !.

I had already showed you this lovely Morgan cobalt blue biker jacket worn with jeans and a sweatshirt, therefore now you can see how good it looks on a dress. It's really a versatile item of clothing and a great bargain made on Zalando !.

Vi avevo già mostrato questo giubbotto Morgan blu cobalto stile biker indossato su jeans e felpa, pertanto ora potete vederne l'effetto su un abito. Si tratta di un capo molto versatile che ha anche un prezzo  molto conveniente su Zalando, specialmente se si approfitta di Magicosconto !.

With such an eye catching print, I had to be careful with my jewelry. I opted for a Tarina Tarantino old necklace with a flower, and for my arm party I added my Millelire Pop POLO bracelet that reminded me the style of this dress.

I had Moschino sunglasses on and went for a super red lipstick, as red as my nail polish. 

Con una stampa già tanto vistosa, ho dovuto fare attenzione a cosa abbinare come bijoux. Ho optato per una collana Tarina Tarantino di parecchio tempo fa, con un fiore, ed ho incluso nel mio arm party il braccialetto Millelire Pop POLO che mi ricordava lo stile dell'abito.

Ho scelto occhiali Moschino e ho optato per un rossetto rosso fuoco come lo smalto.

I could have chosen a red, yellow, or even black bag, but went for my Balenciaga City in cobalt blue at last. The vibrant blue color looks good and modern on this fun dress.

Obviously, even a clutch could be a good choice, but I was out of home for a few hours, and just like you know already the outfits on this blog are all real, not just worn for the shootings, and being out of home for quite a long time requires a roomy bag to me ;)

Potevo optare per una borsa rossa, o gialla o persino nera, ma ho scelto la Balenciaga City blu cobalto, infine. Trovo che il colore di questa borsa stia molto bene e renda ancora più moderno l'abito. Ovviamente, anche una clutch poteva andare bene, ma mi trovavo fuori per parecchie ore, e come sapete gli outfit di questo blog sono tutti davvero vissuti, non indossati solo per le foto, e per me parecchie ore fuori casa significano necessariamente borsa capiente ;).

From a few friends, and even from my husband, I've been told I look like a character of a comics serie. Probably also because of my face, and my evident facial expressions that make me look like a cartoon lady with words like "mumble mumble" written over her head. 

I am pretty proud of this, also because I think we shouldn't completely grow up, and comics can be a real help to stay young !.

At the moment I feel like a huge "Kapow !" is over my head, because this is the year of 2014 FIFA World cup, and soccer is one of the most sacred things in Italy, therefore it's gonna be all over the place (I confess I am not really interested, I am more interested in seeing the hottest soccer players play, even tho I prefer Thor, Loki and X Men !) ;)

Da qualche amico, ed anche da mio marito, mi è stato detto che sembro un personaggio dei fumetti. Probabilmente anche a causa del mio viso, e delle espressioni facciali che mi fanno somigliare ad un cartoon con una nuvoletta e scritte tipo "mumble mumble" che mi aleggia sulla testa. 

Sono orgogliosa di questo, inoltre penso che non dovremmo crescere completamente, per cui ben vengano anche i fumetti se aiutano a mantenersi giovani ! Al momento mi sento un grande "Kapow !" in attesa sulla testa, perché questo è l'anno dei Mondiali di calcio, uno sport sacro in Italia, per cui se ne parlerà fin troppo, mentre io ammetto di non esserne molto interessata. anzi, tutt'altro. Certo, se si parla dei migliori e peggiori tagli di capelli dei calciatori è un'altra storia, l'argomento interessa anche me, anche se continuo a preferire Thor, Loki e gli X Men ! ;)

The countdown has started. For many of us, very soon it's gonna be holidays time. I confess this year I haven't planned any vacation yet, because of my job that requires a lot of attention at the moment, but I hope I can plan a few days trip somewhere nice soon. In the meantime, I've been thinking about a way to bring a bit of tropical atmospheare with me even in the office, without being too much or looking like an actor from Miami Vice, LOL.

It's been really warm here lately, and having some good shopping directly from home, with air conditioned on, is so appealing, therefore here there are a few suggestions taken from some of my favorite online webshops, without forgetting discounts and coupons ! Let me know what you think about them ;).

Il conto alla rovescia è iniziato. Per molti di noi, presto sarà il momento di partire per le vacanze. Vi confesso che io non ho ancora pianificato le vacanze, perché al momento il mio lavoro richiede un'attenzione particolare, ma spero presto di riuscire a programmare qualcosa di carino. Nel frattempo, ho pensato a come portare un po' di atmosfera tropicale con me anche quando vado in ufficio, senza eccedere o sembrare spuntata fuori da un'episodio di Miami Vice, LOL.

Sta facendo davvero caldo ultimamente, e fare un po' di sano shopping direttamente da casa, con l'aria condizionata a palla, è molto piacevole, pertanto eccovi qualche suggerimento preso direttamente da alcuni dei miei negozi preferiti per lo shopping online !. Sure, a canvas tote, a palm print scarf, an ethnic necklace can give a nice summer touch to our looks. The important thing is leaving the tropical touch to one or two items, otherwise it would be too much and tacky. The Stradivarius shirt in the first image is already in my closet, isn't it adorable ?.

A piece of clothing I really love are tropical print pants, usually featuring leaves, palms and a good mix of colors. You can't help buying at least one, this summer, either large or skinny ! Above you can see my selection. Usually their prints are colorful and eye catching, something you don't have to be scared of...actually, as long as you go for a plain color top, it's gonna be ok !. There is even a black and white version, anyway. Pair your tropical print pants with heels, sandals or even with flats and sneakers, according to where you have to go to. I personally prefer to wear them with high heels.

Sicuramente, una borsa in canvas, una sciarpina con una stampa a palme, una collana etnica, possono aggiungere un gradevole tocco estivo ai nostri look. La cosa importante è concentrare il tocco tropicale su uno o al massimo due articoli, altrimenti il tutto risulterebbe troppo carico. La camicia Stradivarius della prima immagine è già nel mio armadio, non è carinissima ?.

Un capo che mi sta piacendo un sacco sono i pantaloni a stampa tropicale. Foglie, palme, molti colori sono le caratteristiche di questi pantaloni vistosi e molto divertenti, in commercio sia in versione morbida che skinny. Potete vedere la mia selezione nel collage sopra. Solitamente questo tipo di pantaloni ha un sacco di colori diversi, niente di cui avere paura...basta un top monocolore ed andrà tutto bene ! C'è, ad ogni modo, anche la versione in bianco e nero. Abbinate i vostri pantaloni tropicali con scarpe dal tacco alto, sandali o persino con ballerine e sneakers, dipende da dove state andando. Personalmente, preferisco indossarli con tacchi alti.

If you are going to spend most of your summer days in the office, just like me, I have a couple of hints (see collage above). You can pair a bright colored top, in tropical colors like yellow or orange, with a dark skinny trouser. Another match I like for summer office dress code is wearing safari pants with a nice blazer, even better if the fabric is linen because it's really fresh and therefore perfect to fight summer heat. Such safari pants are perfect with high heels, especially with those bright orange sandals. 

Surely, this summer mood dress code can't be as good as a vacation, but it's gonna help us living in our urban jungles with a better attitude, don't you think so ?. Hold on, time to relax and have fun is coming for us, too !.

Se trascorrerete molte giornate estive in ufficio, come la sottoscritta, ho un paio di dritte per voi, che ho preparato come collage. Potete abbinare un top coloratissimo, come quello giallo sulla sinistra, trovato su maxmara.it, con pantaloni scuri modello skinny. Un altro abbinamento che prediligo per l'estate in ufficio sono i pantaloni a stampa safari con un bel blazer strutturato, ancora meglio se di lino, tessuto leggero e molto adatto al caldo estivo. Safari pants come quelli sopra, trovati come la giacca su stefanel.it, sono perfetti con tacchi alti, specialmente con sandali dal colore forte e deciso come questi arancio.

Certamente, l'abbigliamento non potrà sostituire una bella vacanza, ma ci consentirà di aggirarci per la nostra giungla urbana con un atteggiamento più sicuro, non credete anche voi ?. Resistiamo, il momento di rilassarci e divertirci sta per arrivare anche per noi !.

Hey, everyone, happy Saturday ! Are you ready for the weekend ? I am, even tho the weather is gonna be bad here, with thunderstorms and clouds all over Italy. Let's keep a good mood with this colorful big flowers print cropped blouse, another purchase I made on Blackfive. Isn'it adorable ? I thought it would be perfect on one of my beloved midi skirts, in this case on a black midi I bought from Zara. My new cobalt blue python pumps, a color block bag and big diva sunglasses, and I was ready for walk at the Marina ;).

This colorful floral print top with concealed zipper closure at back and a round neck is quite short, but not as short as a real crop top. Short blouses are perfect with midi skirts !. I've been really happy with my purchases on Blackfive, so far. Also, it's the fastes webshop ever, the delivery is incredibly quick and accurate !.

Questo top floreale con bordi freastagliati ha la zip sul retro e scollo rotondo, inoltre è corto senza essere un vero crop top. Le bluse di questa lunghezza sono perfette con le gonne midi !. I was wearing my new cobalt blue python pumps from Le Silla, they are so beautiful, chic and comfortable ! See image above. I love slingback pumps and I could buy such shoes in any color ;).

I went for a bulky statement necklace featuring big flowers, just like my top, and chose my  blue Marc by Marc Jacobs butterfly sunglasses. 

I had a hard time keeping my hair in shape because lately the weather is so humid in my town, it's almost tropical ! Hubby says I should care less about my hair, but just like most of women I am slightly obsessed. I spend a lot of money trying to tame my hair and keep them in shape, but sometimes they just rebel, LOL. I love living by the sea, but my hair prefers the mountain or just dry weather. Do you also fight with your hair, especially in this season ? Tell me I am not alone !.

Ho avuto serie difficoltà a mantenere i miei capelli in forma decente, perché ultimamente il clima dalle mie parti è estremamente umido, quasi tropicale ! Mio marito mi ripete che dovrei essere meno fissata con i capelli, ma come la maggior parte delle donne ne sono leggermente ossessionata, spendo un sacco di soldi cercando di domarli e per far durare la piega, ma a volte si ribellano letteralmente, LOL. Adoro vivere sul mare, ma i miei capelli preferirebbero la montagna o, quanto meno, un clima più secco. Siete anche voi come me, in perenne lotta con i capelli, specialmente quando fa caldo ? Ditemi che non sono sola in questa lotta !.

I am not a morning person, I admit it !. I like to stay in bed in the morning, mostly because I am a night owl ;). I am so ready to confess my difficulties at waking up early in the morning and in a good mood with this tee, that I matched to a floral maxi skirt from Cichic: a relaxed outfit for a walk in the countryside, a change for a "sea girl" like me ;).

Non sono una persona mattiniera, lo ammetto ! Mi piace poltrire a letto al mattino, soprattutto perché, facendo sempre tardi la notte, devo recuperare. Sono pronta a confessare pienamente le mie difficoltà nello svegliarmi presto e di buon umore con questa tee che ho abbinato ad una maxi gonna verde a fiori, di Cichic: un outfit comodo e rilassato per una passeggiata in campagna, uno scenario diverso per una "ragazza di mare" come me ;).

After many outfits wearing midi skirts, it was time to sport a maxi ! This one, found on Chichic, is in chiffon and is very versatile, with a romantic flower print. I chose to go for a urban version wearing it with a casual t-shirt and with my brand new taupe Lemaré sandals. 
Lemaré is an italian brand, its shoes are handmade in Italy in a region that is famous for the high quality of shoes, Marche. I had been wearing their wedged sneakers since the opening of this blog, amazing quality and value for money. Well, their new collection is truly fantastic and has many different kind of shoes. I went for these lovely sandals that are as comfortable as their sneakers, the leather is very soft and smooth and the heels are perfect for long walks !.

Dopo molti look che privilegiavano le midi skirts, è giunto il momento di sfoggiarne una maxi !. Questa, trovata su Chichic, è in chiffon ed è molto versatile, con una romantica stampa floreale. Ho scelto di optare per una versione più urban indossandola con una t-shirt casual e con i miei nuovi sandali color talpa Lemaré.
Lemaréè un brand tutto italiano le cui scarpe sono prodotte artigianalmente in una regione famosa proprio per l'alta qualità del settore calzaturiero, le Marche. E' tanto tempo ormai che apprezzo le sneakers con zeppa interna di questo brand, ottima qualità prezzo. Beh, la nuova collezioneè fantastica e comprende un po' di tutto. Io ho scelto questi sandali perché sono molto carini oltre che comodi, tanto quanto le sneakers, la pelle è morbidissima e liscia e l'altezza del tacco li rende adatti a lunghe camminate !.

Basically, everything in this post is brand new, my beautiful HYPE GLASS sunglasses are from summer 2014 collection and I love them ! They are very trendy and chic, just like the whole HYPE GLASS collection. I went for a green mirrored model but I could have chosen them all, check out the full collection here !.I can say I am a sunglasses obsessed and these ones are gonna rock my summer, they are beautiful and also very light, so I can wear them for long time and also hide my undereye bags when I have to wake up early, ahah :)

Praticamente, tutto ciò che vedete in questo post è nuovo, i miei bellissimi occhiali da sole HYPE GLASS sono della collezione estate 2014 e li adoro ! Sono molto trendy e chic, come del restot tuta la collezione HYPE GLASS. Ho scelto un paio nel colore verde, con lenti a specchio, ma avrei potute sceglierli tutti, guardate come sono tutti belli quì !.

Posso dire con orgoglio di essere una sunglasses addict e so già che indosserò tantissimo questi occhiali, sono belli e anche molto leggeri, pertanto posso portarli per molto tempo e nascondere le mie occhiaie in caso di sveglia mattutina, ahah :)

For this boho/urban look I went for my Longchamp Le Pliage cuir bag in paprika color, it had been quite a long time without wearing it ! I love Longchamp bags, especially this Le Pliage cuir range, they are beautiful, effortlessly chic and also very lightweight. They are perfect if you love to travel, they can be folded so easily and keep their shape, plus these bags also have a shoulder strap that is so comfortable.

Per questo look boho/urban ho scelto la mia borsa Longchamp Le Pliage cuir nel colore paprika, era da un bel po' che non la portavo con me ! Mi piacciono molto le borse Longchamp, specialmente la linea Le Pliage cuir, sono belle, chic senza eccessi e anche molto leggere. Sono perfette in caso di viaggio, possono essere ripiegate e mantengono la forma, inoltre questa linea ha una tracolla, molto utile.

A statement necklace, a few bangles and rings completed this comfortable look for an afternoon spent in the countryside. Sometimes it's just nice to change from your usual environment, isn't it ?. Maybe if I moved to the country I'd be an early sleeper and I could wake up early more easily, but I am much more used to the rhythm of the city, I have a late dinner and often, in the evening, I am busy with my blog, as many of you know. I hate the sound of the alarm clock, but I also know I can't lay in bed, because I have to work ! What about you, are you a late sleeper, an early riser or what ?.

Una statement necklace, un paio di bangles e anelli hanno completato questo look comodo per un pomeriggio trascorso in campagna. A volte è bello cambiare ambiente, giusto ?. Forse, se mi trasferissi in campagna riuscirei ad andare a dormire prima e potrei svegliarmi con maggiore facilità, invece sono abituata a ritmi diversi, ceno tardi e, molto spesso, trascorro la mia serata occupandomi del blog, come molti di voi sanno. Il suono della sveglia è davvero odioso, ma non si può poltrire a letto se si deve andare al lavoro ! Che mi dite di voi, tirate fino a tardi la sera, vi alzate presto spontaneamente o altro ?.

One of the things I like to do the most when the weather is warm and sunny is wearing a cute little dress. Today I want to show you this lovely red and cream lips sleeveless short dress I found on Choies.

I think it's really adorable, isn't it ?. I paired it with some new awesome accessories: a special golden necklace from Vitti Ferria Contin, super cute Nau! sunglasses and new lace and leather pumps from Nando Muzi. Obviously, I went for red passion color both for my lips and nails, an evergreen classic I never get tired of !.

Una delle cose che adoro fare - quando il meteo lo permette - è indossare un grazioso abitino. Oggi voglio mostrarvene uno cosparso di...labbra rosse ! Questo abito corto senza maniche rosso e crema trovato su Choiesè davvero delizioso, non siete d'accordo ?. L'ho abbinato a degli accessori molto particolari, come una speciale collana dorata Vitti Ferria Contin, occhiali "cat eye" con lenti sfumate Nau! e pumps in pizzo e pelle Nando Muzi. Ovviamente, il tutto accompagnato dal colore della passione, il rosso, sia per le labbra che sulle unghie: un classico che non mi stanca mai per un look...al bacio ;) !.

I've been obsessing over lips printed items for a while now, and when I saw this cute little dress I had to get it because it's inspired (I'd say very much inspired) to an Alice+Olivia lips covered dress from the resort collection I had been lusting over for a while, seen on many Hollywood celebrities, a pretty expensive piece. I think this dress is really nice, with a defined waistline and appliqued lips on the tulle skirt and on the collar. As it often happens, Choies didn't disappoint me, and it's a pity that the dress isn't available now cause it's sold out, it was a limited edition, but there are so many clothes I'd love to get on this lovely website !.

Sono ossessionata dalle stampe con labbra da un bel po', e quando ho visto questo abitino su Choies ho dovuto ordinarlo subito perché si tratta di una versione molto somigliante ad un abito Alice+Olivia della collezione resort sul quale sbavavo da diverso tempo, visto su molte celebrità di Hollywood e dal prezzo non certo economico. Credo che questa versione low cost faccia un'ottima figura, adoro la linea dell'abito, il punto vita è ben definito e mi piacciono le applicazioni a forma di bocche rosse sia sulla gonna in tulle che sul colletto. Come è accaduto altre volte, Choies non mi ha delusa, peccato l'abito sia terminato adesso - era un'edizione limitata - ma ci sono diverse cosine che prenderei al volo su questo adorabile webshop !.

The best way to turn a low cost dress into something really stylish is to accessorize it with great items, and to do this I was lucky to have an amazing creation from Vitti Ferria Contin, this beautiful golden necklace with geometric shapes. Vittoria Ferria Contin is a designer I truly love, her items are works of art and whenever I wear one of her pieces I get many compliments and I feel more special. This necklace is eye catching but it blends perfectly with the whole beige/golden/red theme I chose for my look, making it more elegant. 

Il modo migliore per tramutare un abito low cost in qualcosa di davvero stiloso è accessoriarlo con dei pezzi unici e speciali, indossando una fantastica creazione come questa di Vitti Ferria Contin, ovvero questa bellissima collana dorata dalle forme geometriche. Come già saprete è un brand che amo molto, la designer Vittoria Ferri Contin crea delle vere opere d'arte e ogni volta che indosso una delle sue creazioni non solo ricevo sempre dei complimenti in merito ma mi sento di portare qualcosa di speciale e ricercato. 

Questa collana è vistosa ma al tempo stesso si fonde perfettamente con il tema beige/oro/rosso che ho scelto per questo mio look, rendendolo più elegante.

Remember my Nando Muzi pumps with coral details I wore in this outfit post ? Well, I also bought a similar black pair with a shorter heel, always in lace and leather, here they are...they were too pretty to leave them at the shop ! These slingback pumps are perfect also to wear in the office, with pants or with a tailleur. 

In this case my shoes completed an already colorful and eye catching look, therefore I chose black for them and for my beloved Givenchy Antigona.

Vi ricordate delle scarpe Nando Muzi nere e corallo che calzavo in questo post outfit ? Beh, ne avevo preso anche un paio tutto nero dal tacco più basso, sempre in pizzo e pelle, eccole...erano troppo belle per lasciarle in negozio ! Queste pumps modello Chanel sono perfette anche per l'ufficio, con pantaloni o un tailleur. In questo caso vanno a completare un look già molto colorato, per cui il nero mi è sembrata la scelta giusta. Ho optato per il nero anche per la borsa con la mia adorata Givenchy Antigona ;).

Such a dress was the perfect excuse to wear bright red lipstick and nail polish. I was wearing Dior Captain nail polish on my nails, it's wonderful and so shiny, I am officially in love !. Also, I got obsessed with my MAC "melba" blush, I think I will never ever get tired of it, I am gonna show you my latest makeup purchases in a post very soon anyway. Un abito del genere è stato la scusa perfetta per abbinare rossetto rosso acceso e smalto in tinta. Sulle unghie ho inaugurato il colore Captain di Dior, è davvero meraviglioso e super lucido, sono ufficialmente innamorata di questo smalto !. Inoltre, non riesco a non truccarmi con il mio nuovo blush MAC "melba", non credo mi potrò mai stancare di lui, comunque vi mostrerò presto in un post tutti i miei ultimi acquisti in fatto di makeup. E' tutto per ora, vi mando una valanga di baci, dopotutto con un vestito così come potrei fare altrimenti ? :-)

Hey everyone, how are you ? I've been pretty busy these days, lately it seems it's everyone's birthday...I got invited to many birthday parties and, moreover, even my wedding anniversary is really close, it's gonna be in about ten days.

The hunt for gifts kept me pretty occupied, and I did it both in my town and, of course, online, where I stumbled upon a few really cool ideas that I couldn't help sharing with you !. 

I have always had this fascination for personalized gifts, that are usually made to order and have something special (initials, a name, or other). I know, for myself, that a customized gift would make me really happy, as I am usually a sucker for such things, and I am not just talking customized Louis Vuitton or Longchamp handbags (but I must remind hubby I am available to receive such presents, LOL), I am talking also other creative, cool gifts.

I prepared a couple of sets to show you some cool unique gifts finds, I was really hooked on #1.: a custom map bracelet, to remember a special place; #2: a skyline picture with customized names and place; #3: a latitude/longitude bracelet; #4: a wood print blanked with a "carved" heart with initials (the image contains a mistake, since my hubby is E and I am V, hands off my hubby A, whoever you are, LOL !) and #5: a beautiful love cuff. Ciao a tutti, come state ? Sono stata un po' meno presente sul blog perché ho trascorso molto tempo alla ricerca di regali...ultimamente sembra che sia il compleanno di così tanta gente e sono stata invitata a diverse feste di compleanno, inoltre il mio anniversario di matrimonio si avvicina, sarà in poco più di 10 giorni !.

Caratterialmente, so che un regalo personalizzato mi renderebbe felice, e non parlo solo di borse Louis Vuitton o Longchamp con le iniziali (ma è bene ricordare a mio marito che sarei pronta ad accettarle, LOL), ma di regali più o meno importanti ma soprattutto creativi e simpatici.

I already told you how I got hooked on the tropical/palm trees trend, and when I saw this cute little dress in a shop in my town I couldn't resist buying it. For my accessories, I decided to play with black, yellow and beige for my accessories. These black and yellow patent leather t-bar shoes, with their slightly vintage style, seemed a perfect choice to match this chic dress.

I am totally in love with these new shoes from Sergio Levantesi, a brand born from the experience of a family in Marche region, Italy, expression of the quality and good taste of Made in Italy shoes. I have been walking in them for a few hours and was amazed from how comfortable they are. Sergio Levantesi shoes are not just stunning and extremely chic, they are also super comfortable and I am definately a fan of this brand. I suggest you to take a look to Sergio Levantesi Official Facebook Page and to their Spring/Summer 2014 collection...I like all their shoes, would want them all !.

Vi avevo già detto di quanto fossi ossessionata dal trend delle stampe tropicali, specialmente quelle a palme, e quando ho visto questo abitino in un negozietto della mia città non ho potuto resistere, ho dovuto acquistarlo. Per gli accessori, ho deciso di giocare con i colori nero, giallo e beige.

In particolare, le scarpe in vernice a due colori con cinturino, dal mood leggermente vintage, mi sono sembrare una scelta perfetta per questo abitino chic.

Mi sono innamorata perdutamente di queste scarpe Sergio Levantesi, un brand nato dall'esperienza di una famiglia marchigiana, espressione della qualità e del buon gusto Made in Italy. 

Ho camminato su questi sandali per ore e sono rimasta stupita dalla loro comodità, segno tangibile della qualità del prodotto, il che mi ha resa ancor più una fan del brand. My sunflower yellow clutch bag is from Caleidos Spring/Summer 2014 collection, isn't it adorable ? The leather is really smooth and soft and it is perfect in every detail. I could have used it without the leather shoulder strap as it is removable, but I went for it. There are so many beautiful bags in the Caleidos collection and each line has the name of a holiday place: this one is in the Lignano line, and it's roomy enough for my essentials but small enough to keep my hands free for a night at the club or for a cocktail with friends ;).

La mia clutch giallo girasole proviene dalla collezione Primavera/Estate 2014 Caleidos, non è adorabile ? La pelle è davvero morbida e piacevolissima al tatto e la borsa è molto curata in ogni singolo dettaglio. Ha la tracolla staccabile, che io ho preferito, in questo caso, mantenere. Ci sono tante belle borse nella collezione Caleidos ed ogni linea porta il nome di una località balneare: questa borsa è della collezione Lignano, mi piace perché abbastanza spaziosa per contenere i miei oggetti essenziali ed allo stesso tempo sufficientemente piccola da lasciarmi le mani libere in una serata al club o a bere un cocktail ;).

Il cappello che mi vedete portare in queste foto è una new entry da Ecua-Andino, il brand che produce cappelli di qualità direttamente in Ecuador ! E' trascorso un bel po' di tempo dal mio primo post in cui sfoggiavo un loro cappello, e dopo allora sono diventata, con mio grande orgoglio, online ambassador di questi stupendi cappelli panama ! Li ho indossati sia nella versione prettamente estiva che in quella invernale, in lana, ed ogni volta hanno aggiunto un tocco speciale ai miei look !.

Il mio nuovo cappello è in realtà il più classico che possiedo fino ad ora, il panama beige, perfetto per dare un tocco esotico ai miei outfit nelle calde giornate estive. I chose to highlight the exotic side of this look wearing my yellow and green Sodini bijoux necklace from Spring/Summer 2014 collection, that has a tribal vibe and is perfect with a bit of tan !.

I like it so much and it's one of my favorite statement necklaces, Sodini never disappoints me. 

Ok, I am done with this jungle chic look for today, hoping to be able to organize a real holiday trip very soon and knowing the only Safari that awaits for me for now is the one in my closet, among wild hangers and overflowing drawers...I am scared !.

Ho deciso di evidenziare il lato esotico di questo look indossando la mia collana Sodini bijoux in giallo e verde, dalla collezione Primavera/Estate 2014, dal mood tribale, perfetta con un po' di abbronzatura !. Mi piace molto, è una delle mie statement necklace preferite, Sodini non mi delude mai.

Con questo look che definirei "jungle chic" passo e chiudo per oggi, sperando di poter presto organizzare qualche giorno di vera vacanza e sapendo che per ora l'unico Safari che mi aspetta è quello nella mia cabina armadio, tra grucce inferocite e cassetti straripanti...paura !.

I love accessories, especially Jewelry pieces. I usually spend quite a lot of time looking for new items to buy, being really attracted by unique, designer pieces. Sometimes things are just different than what they seem. Sometimes, something plain and normal can hide something more structured...just like this plain blue shirt with ruffles on the back, the key piece of this almost monochrome outfit, together with baroque pants and my metallic slip-on Oxford shoes, super comfortable, from Lemaré !.

A volte, ciò che ad un primo sguardo sembra fatto in un modo, è diverso da quello che sembra. A volte, qualcosa di perfettamente normale e lineare nasconde qualcosa di più complesso...proprio come la camicia con le rouches sul retro, pezzo chiave di questo outfit quasi monocromatico, impreziosito da pantaloni a stampa barocca e dalle mie Oxford slip-on in pelle metallizzata, comodissime, targate Lemaré !.

This linen shirt is perfect for warm days, it's very fresh and stylish. I decided to go for a blue toned look with my baroque print pants. 

These Lemaré shoes are really super comfortable and so soft that they can be easily worn without socks. I showed them to you a while ago on Instagram and I noticed many of you liked them. This platinum shade is perfect because it's so easy to match with jeans or pants like these ones, or even with a maxi skirt !.

I've always had a bad relationship with shoelaces, therefore I love the fact these shoes have no laces, it makes me happy, LOL, anyway I suggest you to give a look to Spring/Summer 2014 collection, I am sure you're gonna like it just like me !.

La camicia in lino è perfetta per le giornate calde, è molto fresca e stilosa. Ho deciso di mantenere le tonalità del blu anche per i pantaloni a stampa barocca.

Le scarpe Lemaré che calzo in questo look sono super comode e così morbide da poter essere calzate senza calze senza nessun problema. Ve le avevo mostrate tempo fa su Instagram e ho notato già che sono piaciute a molti. La tonalità platino è perfetta in quanto permette di poter abbinare queste scarpe con facilità sia ai jeans che a pantaloni come questi, o persino con una maxi gonna !.

Io ho da sempre un brutto rapporto con i lacci, pertanto il fatto che queste "stringate" ne siano prive mi ha resa molto felice, LOL, ad ogni modo date un'occhiata alla collezione Primavera/Estate 2014, sono certa che ne rimarrete colpiti quanto me !.

The bag of choice for this outfit was my beloved Balenciaga City in cobalt blue, one of my most treasured bags I never get tired of. 

I also kept azure nail polish, from Essie, and decided to wear a statement necklace in a color that matched the shirt. 

La borsa prescelta per questo outfit è stata la mia adorata Balenciaga City in color cobalto, una delle mie borse preferite, della quale non mi stanco mai.

Blue is a color that relaxes me a lot, and lately I've been really overstressing for so many things, I need relax so much !. At the times when these pics were taken I had no tan at all, and I have to say blue is perfect for pale skin. I have had a few days off from work but hubby had to work and therefore I had to go to the beach on my own or with friends. On Monday I'll be back at work and I'll be already dreaming about my next days off, hoping to be ablel to leave this time !.

Blue è un colore molto rilassante per me, ed ultimamente mi sono stressata troppo per diversi motivi, ho bisogno di relax ! Quando abbiamo scattato queste foto non ero ancora abbronzata, e devo dire che l'azzurro funziona alla grande per carnagioni pallide come la mia. Ho avuto qualche giorno libero dall'ufficio ma mio marito non ha potuto tenermi compagnia per via del suo lavoro, per cui mi è toccato andare al mare da sola o con qualche amica. Lunedì tornerò a pieni ritmi al lavoro e starò già sognando i miei prossimi giorni liberi, sperando questa volta di riuscire a partire !.

This outfit represents me a lot...even when I try to be "ordinary", with a plain shirt and a pair of pants, I have something a bit "weird" somewhere, at least on the back of the shirt, and it's basically how I like it ! I have already told you I am a pretty shy person, but when it comes to fashion I don't like my clothes to be too plain or boring, I give a lot of importance to details and I like to experiment. This shirt is also perfect for backchatters...if you have to talk behind my back, I can give you some extra ruffles to talk about, hahaha, don't you think ? ;-)

Questo look mi rappresenta un sacco...anche quando provo ad essere il più ordinaria possibile, con una semplice camicia e un paio di pantaloni, devo avere qualcosa di particolare da qualche parte, almeno sul retro della camicia, ed è come piace a me !. Vi ho già detto di essere abbastanza timida, ma quando si tratta di moda non mi piacciono gli abiti troppo normali o noiosi, punto molto sui dettagli e non ho mai paura di osare. Questa camicia, poi, la trovo perfetta per le malelingue...se devono parlare alle nostre spalle, munirsi di qualche riccio extra può essere utile, giusto ? Ahahahah ;-)

Hey everyone, how are you ? I've been to the beach until a while ago, and before getting ready for the evening I have thought about showing you a new outfit, with this sweet and romantic pink  lace and veil "ballerina" dress I found on Cichic. This kind of dress would be perfect to attend a ceremony or just to feel a bit special, for an evening out. I went for an almost monochrome pastel pink look, but I couldn't resist adding something a bit more aggressive, and I did it wearing my Dolce & Gabbana Miss Sicily bag with a green animalier print. This outfit is just like me...very sweet, with something unexpectedly...strong ! LOL !.

Ciao a tutti, come state ? Sono stata in spiaggia fino a poco fa e prima di iniziarmi a preparare per la serata ho pensato di mostrarvi un nuovo outfit, con questo abito dolce e romantico, in pizzo e velo, stile "ballerina", trovato su Cichic. Questo tipo di abito sarebbe perfetto sia per una cerimonia che per una serata un po' speciale. Io ho scelto un look rosa pastello quasi monocromatico, ma non ho potuto resistere, ho dovuto aggiungere qualcosa più aggressivo, e l'ho fatto indossando la mia Miss Sicily Dolce & Gabbana con stampa animalier verde acido. Questo outfit è come me...molto dolce, con qualcosa di inaspettatatamente...strong ! LOL !.

This super cute pink dress has round collared lace part with embroidery, middle lenght sleeves and a veil skirt, it's super feminine and romantic. I found it on Cichic, I got an S and it fits perfectly.

I matched a pink statement necklace bought a while ago, with big pink stones. The good thing about having so many necklaces is that you always have the right color to match...well, this is also what I say to my hubby ;)

Questo carinissimo abito dallo scollo rotondo ha la parte in pizzo con ricami e applicazioni, maniche di media lunghezza e una gonna in velo, che lo rende super femminile e romantico. L'ho trovato su Cichic, ho scelto una taglia S e mi veste perfettamente.

Ho abbinato una statement necklace nella stessa tonalità di rosa comprata tempo addietro, con grandi pietre rosa. La cosa bella dell'avere così tanti bijoux è la possibilità di trovare sempre il colore giusto da abbinare...almeno, è così che mi giustifico con mio marito ;)

I hadn't been wearing this cute Dolce & Gabbana bag for a while now, and it was time to. It's perfect in Summer, it adds a lovely color to the iconic animalier print of the brand. Plus, the small size makes it perfect for a night out !. I've been wearing this bag with casual outfits as well as with more elegant ones, it's pretty versatile. I love the Miss Sicily bag and I'd want a leather one in a bigger size, possibly black or red. It is actually the only Dolce & Gabbana bag in my top bags wish list !.

Non indossavo questa carinissima Miss Sicily Dolce & Gabbana da tempo, era ora di rimetterla in pista ! E' perfetta per l'estate, perché di un colore molto adatto che si va ad unire ad una stampa iconica del brand, quella animalier. Inoltre, la misura ridotta della borsa la rende super adatta per una serata fuori !. Ho utilizzato questa borsa sia per look casual che più eleganti, devo dire che è molto versatile. Adoro la Miss Sicily e ne vorrei tanto una in pelle, possibilmente nera o rossa. E', a dire il vero, l'unica borsa Dolce & Gabbana nella mia wish list di borse top che prima o poi dovrò avere tutte ! ;)

I added another touch of green with my HYPE GLASS sunglasses, they are from summer 2014 collection and I can see why so many people love them ! I've been wearing them a lot since I first got them, they are so trendy and I like their quality as well.

A pair of pale pink slingback heels is a staple for many women, surely for me...and here they are ! Well, a dress like this one, short and flirty, is surely better looking with a pair of high heels, don't you think so ?. These ones are from BH shoes, in my closet for a while. This whole look reminds me of a Barbie I used to love when I was a kid...I think I got influenced by my toys, just like many of us !.

Un paio di scarpe rosa pallido modello Chanel sono una necessità per molte donne, almeno per me sicuramente ! Del resto, con un abito come questo, corto e svolazzante, i tacchi alti stanno meglio, non credete anche voi ? Questi sono di BH shoes, nella mia scarpiera da un bel po'.

L'intero look mi ricorda una Barbie che adoravo da piccola...poi dicono che i giochi d'infanzia non ci influenzano...eccone la prova !.

What is the role of music in your life ? I do not exaggerate when I say I couldn't live without it ! Music is the essence of life. I am very picky when it comes to sound, I need it to be clear and I admit I love to listen to my music quite loud.

Io sono molto esigente quando si tratta di suono, lo pretendo chiaro e ammetto anche di avere la tendenza ad ascoltare la musica a volume un po' troppo alto. I miei iPod sono dei tesori pieni di playlist che spaziano tra diversi generi, pop e hip hop al rock alla musica latina e, ovviamente, per me un buon paio di auricolari è fondamentale, mi permette di isolarmi dal resto del mondo e di immergermi totalmente nella mia musica preferita con suono ottimale e senza rischi per il mio udito.

Hi guys, how are you doing ? I've been so busy lately, time is running really fast, it's already July ! Actually, today is a special day for me, because hubby and I have our anniversary: today we turn 3 years of wedding together ! <3 Unfortunately, we both had to work this morning so we're going to celebrate with a fancy dinner later ! :)

Ciao a tutti, come state ? Io sono sempre super occupata ultimamente, il tempo sta correndo molto velocemente ed è già Luglio ! Oggi è un giorno speciale per me: è l'anniversario di matrimonio mio e del mio maritino, sono ben 3 anni insieme ! Purtroppo oggi entrambi abbiamo dovuto dovuto lavorare, ma ci rifaremo con una bella cenetta stasera !.

Hey everyone, how are you doing ? I am really tired because lately I've been working for too long, and holidays are still a dream for me, I need to relax so badly !.

Anyway, things will go back to normal soon, hopefully, and I will be able to spend more time on the blog, I feel guilty whenever I have less time to dedicate to it and also less time to surf the net and interact on my socials !. For sure, I will try to recharge my batteries this weekend, I wanna have a lazy one. A casual look that is very suitable to a lazy and slow weekend is what I am showing you today, with a few pics taken a while ago.

This a casual attire features a statement t-shirt, a baseball cap and my pink Converse sneakers. As you can see, tulle isn't just on the skirts for Summer 2014, it can be found a bit everywhere, also on a tee !

Ciao a tutti, come state ? Io vi confesso di essere stanchissima, ultimamente sto lavorando per troppo a lungo e con le vacanze ancora lontanissime non mi sento al top della forma, ho un disperato bisogno di relax ! Ad ogni modo, le cose dovrebbero sistemarsi presto, e potrò tornare a dedicare più tempo al mio adorato blog ed alla lettura degli altri, oltre che ad interagire maggiormente sui socials !. Sicuramente, cercherò di recuperare le energie nel weekend, che sarà "pigro". Un look casual molto adatto ad un fine settimana lento e rilassato è questo che vi mostro oggi, con foto scattate un po' di tempo fa; l'outfit prevede una maglietta molto particolare, un cappello da baseball e le mie Converse rosa. Come potete vedere, il tulle non riguarda solamente le gonne di moda per l'Estate 2014, ma può essere trovato un po' ovunque, persino su una tee !.

This striped t-shirt from french brand Kilibbi is made of two different parts sewed together: the "real" tee and a dotted tulle part over it. I really liked the effect of the tulle insert, I think it's very cute and feminine and if you are good enough at sewing this could be a great idea for a DIY.

I matched this tee with distressed high waisted jeans from Bershka and my beloved pink Converse hi-tops sneakers. I have so many pairs of Converse sneakers, and 98% of them are hi-tops, my favorite model. Every year I find out I need new colors for my sneakers, this year I bought these pink ones and a pair of mint colored ones. Are you also Converse sneakers fan like me ?.

Questa maglia a righe del brand francese Kilibbi è fatta di due parti distinte sovrapposte: la "vera" tee ed una parte a pois in tulle cucita sopra in alcuni punti. Mi piaceva l'effetto dell'inserto in tulle, lo trovo molto carino e femminile, e se siete bravine a cucire potrebbe anche essere una bella idea per un DIY.

Ho abbinato questa t-shirt con jeans a vita alta strappati Bershka e le mie adorate Converse sneakers nel modello hi-tops, alla caviglia. Ho tante paia di Converse ed il 98% sono proprio hi-tops, il mio modello preferito. Ogni anno mi scopro a volere colori nuovi per le mie sneakers, quest'anno è toccato al rosa ed al color menta. Siete anche voi fan delle sneakers Converse come me ?.

Some of you will know how much I adore hats, and this denim baseball cap from Adidas was a purchase made a while ago, but as it often happens to a shopaholic like me, I found it with the price tag still attached. I forgot to have it, and I was happy to finally sport it !.

Other statement accessories were a colorful necklace, my Miu Miu rasoir sunglasses and my black Givenchy Antigona, that looks as good with elegant clothes or with sporty clothes.

That's all for today, have a happy weekend everyone ! Mine will be spent on the beach, with music, sun, possibly laughters and my fashion magazines that I didn't have time to read at all yet ;)

Alcuni di voi sapranno quanto io adori i cappelli, e questo cappello da baseball in denim Adidas è stato acquistato un bel po' di tempo fa, ma come spesso accade ad una compratrice compulsiva, mi è capitato di ritrovarlo dopo diverso tempo, ancora con il cartellino attaccato. Sono stata ben contenta di indossarlo, finalmente !.

Altri accessori particolari di questo look casual sono state una collana coloratissima, i miei occhiali da sole Miu Miu modello rasoir e la mia Givenchy Antigona nera, che si presta sia a look eleganti che sportivi con estrema disinvoltura.

E' tutto per oggi, trascorrete un bel weekend, mi raccomando ! Il mio vedrà come protagonista la spiaggia, con musica, sole, spero tante risate e le mie riviste di moda che continuo a comprare e che ultimamente non ho avuto neanche il tempo di sfogliare. A presto, bacioni !.
