A long, bouncy, pleated and ruffled black tulle skirt doesn't have to be confined to elegant or evening outfits, it can actually be a good idea for a daytime look, if paired with a striped sweater like I did in today's outfit. A simple, yet special attire, featuring my 2.55 Chanel bag and fringed suede ankle boots from Giovanni Fabiani. I have always had a thing for tulle skirts, especially if they are quite full: that mixture between ballerina style and the Princess of our childhood dreams, maybe!. Also, ruffles and pleats are still very trendy, so this means we'll keep on wearing them in our everyday looks, and age doesn't matter, you are never too old to wear one if you know how and if you feel good in it!.

Inoltre, sia le balze che le pieghe sono ancora molto trendy, il che significa che continueremo a indossarli nei nostri look quotidiani, e l'età non conta, non sarete mai troppo vecchie per indossarne una se sapete come farlo e se vi ci sentite bene!.

Pink and black are one of my favorite color combos, and in this case I love the mix of wool fabric with tulle. This outfit can be a good idea for a family Sunday lunch or an informal daytime party, plus such a tulle skirt is truly a 4 seasons piece of clothing: just imagine to wear it with a summer top and voilà!. I don't need many more excuses to have a pleated and ruffled tulle skirt in my closet, do I?.
