I have always liked the way the weather, especially by the sea, can be so variable and unstable. Sometimes it's very sunny but you can clearly see a storm about to come over, and the sky and the sea both have so many shades of blue, from light to dark, that it can be so beautiful to stare at them.
In a variable day like this, I faced the wind wearing my sapphire blue coat and a new pony hair leopard pumps, trying to be before the wind and to leave the storm behind my back, after all I think it's also a great strategy for everyday life ;).
Mi ha sempre affascinata il modo in cui il meteo, specialmente vicino al mare, possa cambiare velocemente ed essere instabile. A volte capita che ci sia il sole ma che un forte temporale si appresti ad arrivare, e in quei momenti il cielo e il mare assumono così tante tonalità di blu, da quelle più chiare alle scure, da essere ancora più belli da guardare.
In una giornata mutevole come questa, ho affrontato il vento indossando il mio cappottino blu zaffiro ed un paio di scarpe nuove, di cavallino leopardato, cercando sempre di avere il vento in favore e la tempesta alle spalle, che dopotutto è anche un'ottima strategia nella vita di tutti i giorni ;).

I told you I still had a few coats to show you, and this one, from Jollychic, is woolen but since it's not too heavy, it's perfect for this time of the year. I loved the vintage cut of this belted, collarless middle lenght coat, and the sapphire blue color is just wonderful.
Vi avevo detto di avere ancora qualche capospalla da mostrarvi, e questo cappottino senza colletto di Jollychicè in lana ma, dato che non è troppo pesante, è perfetto per questo periodo dell'anno. Mi sono subito innamorata del suo taglio vintage e della cintura stretta in vita, inoltre trovo questa tonalità di azzurro davvero meravigliosa.
These wonderful pony hair pumps are a present from hubby, I've been looking for a pair of leopard pumps I liked for quite a long time and here they are ! He was good, wasn't he ?. I decided to wear them with naked legs, since they look better with bare skin, but I think I chose the wrong day to do it...the wind turned pretty cold very quickly, and I felt stylish, yes...but my feet were freezing, :).
I love the combo pumps + boyfriend jeans, and I bought these "distressed but not too much" jeans at Zara, they are from new collection. This is probably the style I prefer, a touch of bon ton on something rock, a mixture of different moods.
Queste belle deco in cavallino leopardato sono un regalo di maritino, ne cercavo un paio che mi potesse piacere da un po' ed eccole ! E' stato bravo, vero ?. Ho deciso di portarle senza calze, dato che in effetti stanno meglio sulla pelle nuda, ma forse ho scelto il giorno sbagliato per farlo...il vento è diventato freddo molto in fretta, e mi sono sentita sofisticata, sì...ma anche infreddolita :).
Amo la combinazione decolletées + boyfriend jeans, questi sono dell'ultima collezione Zara, strappati ma non troppo. Questo è probabilmente lo stile che preferisco, un tocco di bon ton con qualcosa di rock, un mix di umori differenti.
I went for a simple nude rose sweater under the coat, and sported my statement necklace in mint and blue, one of my latest purchases from Zara. I love it, it's so eye catching and I thought it would look good on this collarless coat. My statement necklaces collection keeps growing, as you can see !. On my lips I had MAC "lickable" lipstick, one of my favorite lipsticks ever.
Ho scelto un maglioncino rosa pallido sotto al cappotto, e sfoggiato la mia statement necklace in menta e blu, uno dei miei ultimi acquisti Zara, mi piace molto, è molto vistosa e ho pensato potesse stare bene sul cappotto, proprio perché senza colletto. La mia collezione di collane importanti continua a crescere senza soste, come potete vedere !. Sulle labbra portavo il rossetto "lickable" di MAC, uno dei miei preferiti.

I admit I usually find the wind so annoying because the hair gets all messy, and most of the times locks of hair can mess up with my lipstick, it's not easy to take pics on a windy day, it's definately not like in Mariah Carey's music videos, when she sings with her face and body slowly caressed by the wind...I actually had to hold on to my beloved Givenchy Antigona bag...I was so sure it would keep me with my feet on the ground, just because it was so full with my must haves that, being so heavy, it also prevented me to fly away ! LOL !.
Confesso di essere spesso infastidita dal vento perché scompiglia i capelli e nella maggior parte delle volte le ciocche vanno a pasticciare il mio rossetto, non è facile scattare foto con il vento che soffia forte, non è come nei video di Mariah Carey, dove una leggera brezza accarezza incessantemente il suo viso e il corpo...io ho dovuto stringermi alla mia Givenchy Antigona, ero sicura che mi averebbe tenuta con i piedi ben piantati per terra, data l'enorme quantità di cose che conteneva ed il peso considerevole ! Una IT bag che diventa all'occorrenza, anche una pratica zavorra...cosa volere di più ? LOL !
