As most of you will remember, I am a tartan addicted and this year, since checked prints took over Fall/Winter fashion, I have been able to wear so many plaid printed pieces of clothing, creating so many different outfits, including this one. I can't really define this look, all I know is that it represents me, and it's enough. It's based on blue and green tartans, maybe the easiest kind of plaid that also the less tartan enthusiastic people can bear a little bit more. A special guest star in this post is my tartan flat cap, with it it was love at first sight !.
Come la maggior parte di voi ricorderà, sono leggermente ossessionata dal tartan e quest'anno, dato che le stampe scozzesi imperversano nella moda Autunno/Inverno, sono stata fino ad ora in grado di indossare tanti capi a quadri, creando molti look diversi, compreso questo. Non riesco a definire questo strano outfit prodotto dalla mia mente, so solo che mi rappresenta, ed è abbastanza ;). E' basato su fantasie scozzesi nei toni del verde e del blu, forse l'abbinata più facile tra i vari tartan, meglio sopportata anche da chi del plaid non ne vuole proprio sapere. L'elemento speciale del post è la mia coppola a quadri, con lei è stato amore a prima vista !.

This tartan full midi skirt in tartan check is one of my many Asos purchases. I have a special love for midi skirts, they are easy to wear also for everyday in the office, and have that vintage vibe that makes them very feminine.
Since the skirt is high-rise I decided to wear it with a tight pullover and to wear this short cardigan from Vero Moda in army green.
La gonna midi stampa tartan è uno dei miei tanti, troppi acquisti fatti su Asos. Ho un amore speciale per le gonne midi, sono facili da indossare anche per tutti i giorni in ufficio, e hanno un'aria vintage molto femminile.
Dato che questo tipo di gonna è solitamente a vita alta, ho deciso di indossarla con una maglia in lana sottile portata "dentro" e con un mini cardigan Vero Moda color verde militare.
I decided to wear my green boots that you have never seen before. I bought them in a small shop in my town, just cause I fell in love with that shade of green. They are pretty comfortable, I have to say !. As bag of choice, I gave in a pop of red with my good old Prada tote.
Ho deciso di indossare i miei stivaletti verdi che non avevate ancora visto. Li ho presi in un negozietto, mi sono innamorata della loro tonalità di verde. Sono comodissimi, devo dire !. Come borsa ho voluto dare un tocco di rosso con la mia buona vecchia tote Prada.
My plaid flat cap screams Sicily meets Scotland, LOL ! I saw it at Imperial shop and I think it was in the male departement, but who cares ? It's not the first time I buy things made for men ;).
A green statement necklace and my green mirror sunglasses completed this eclectic look. Maybe this cool be Santa helpers' uniform, don't you think so ?.
Speaking about Santa, I am almost done with my Christmas gifts hunting, I am so relieved about it, but I still have a few presents to buy...tomorrow is gonna be another busy day for sure !. What about you ? Did you complete all your pre-Christmas activities ?.
La mia coppola a quadri sembra frutto di un gemellaggio Sicilia-Scozia, LOL ! L'ho notata in un negozio Imperial e credo anche che fosse il reparto maschile, ma cosa importa ? Non è la prima volta che compro qualcosa destinata ai maschietti, dopotutto !.
Una collana importante nei toni del verde e occhiali a specchio dello stesso colore hanno completato questo look eclettico che potrebbe essere l'uniforme giusta per le aiutanti di Babbo Natale, LOL.
Parlando di Natale, ho quasi terminato con i miei regali, mi sento sollevata...mi resta da prendere solo qualcosa...domani sarà sicuramente un'altra giornata impegnativa ! Cosa mi dite di voi ? Avete completato tutte le vostre attività preparatorie al Natale ?.
